A fantastic farm shop with a great range of products (the fresh bread is especially good as it disappears so quickly). Good fruit & veg, along with very knowledgable friendly butchers with a really tasty selection of meats, perfect for Sunday lunch to bbq’s.
A great little plant nursery next door, although just starting out has a wonderful choice of plants & garden accessories.
I am from the Isle of Wight and after staying at a bed and breakfast who happen to source their sausages and bacon from you, I simply had to know where I could buy them from. The lady kindly gave me the directions and I made my way in.
I purchased the 3 packs for £10 on the sausages. Had I had a cool box I would have spent more.
I know it sounds silly but they have to be the best sausages I have ever tasted. Just a shame I live on the Island really unless you start doing delivery somehow.
The vast amount of products you sell and the way the shop was displayed was intreaguing. Could have spent so much more time walking round.
Had the most amazing afternoon tea. Fantastic food and wonderful staff. Couldn’t have been better.
Really nice farm shop and cafe. Seating inside and out. Lovely place to be on a sunny day like today. Food nice and vety good quality. Not the cheapest place i have ever been but well worth the price. I had the Eggs Benedict and my son went for his favourite, which is waffles with bacon. Luckily he couldnt eat it all ao I had to help out. I must say the bacon is amazing.
Its based at a garden centre with a lovely farm shop where you can get some really nice food to take home with you.
Another 5 star review. One more to add to the list of "i'll be back!"

Visited on a recent trip and bought the most delicious fresh pies! Lots of great produce and a lovely, unique wine and liquor selection
Afternoon tea for 2. Book ahead. £20 per head. Good value, good service, good food, and tea. Great little farm shop/garden centre.
**Update - the sign of a good place to go is the fact that you go back! I took my daughter and Dad here again and it was absolutely divine! Scones for Dad and I and a toastie and cake for the little lady! A must try is their pumpkin spice cappuccino 🤤 Please be aware the chocolate orange milkshake is very thick and not great for my daughter although I loved it! I've now fallen in love with the butcher and deli next door too - their short ribs, cheeses and marmalades are incredible 😋 **
I feel terrible I didn't take any pictures 🙈 A sign of incredible food and service though I'd say! We went for Afternoon Tea which include scrumptious sandwiches with delicious bread, the most amazing sausage roll and mushroom quiche followed by carrot cake, bakewell cake, brownies and finished off with a huge scrumptious scone! I can't fault a single part of this incredible afternoon tea and my Dad and I consider ourselves to be Afternoon Tea connoisseurs 🤣 Thank you so much to the absolutely lovely team who bring the standard up even higher. I will definitely be back 😍
For those of you who would like to know the Afternoon Tea was £20pp which included a latte each. It was totally worth every penny!
Cycled over from Alton for a breakfast as I had heard good things about here. The breakfast was really good and fantastic quality however I felt the service was a little rushed! It took a while to get seated and I wasn’t checked back on when I had my food.
The outside space is excellent with a covered area and also a decked area with plenty of seating.
The hash browns were practically good!
Stopped by for brunch on the way home from Salisbury. It was a bit out of the way for us but worth the visit. There's loads of good looking food to buy, a butchers and a cheese counter as well. We went to the cafe for a late lunch. There were plenty of seats available as we arrived a couple of hours before the cafe closing. The lunch was very good and there were a variety of specials that you could order as well. I went for the Mama B's loaded scone.
I would only say it's confusing whether you have to pay inside or at the table, as we were told two different things. Lots of staff in the restaurant but if you're sitting outside you don't see them again.
I had lunch with my best friend, for the first time. Food was absolutely fantastic.
Not too impressed with dessert mainly because they gave me cake with custard instead of vanilla ice cream how I have ordered..
Overall, I would visit Cobbs again in the future. It is a very relaxing atmosphere as well.
A group of 15 bikers took a ride out to Covbs Farm Cafe for breakfast. The service was great and the people welcoming. The food just to die for as well. We did book because it was a Sunday and there we so many of us, be t ordinarily you wouldn't need to. A great place that we will visit again. Thanks to all the staff there who out up with a bunch of bikers of a certain age.
Stopped by on Thursday morning for coffee and a catch up with a friend on. Sat outside the cafe under the heated tent. Very comfy considering it was a rather damp day. Service friendly and quick and coffee was good. All covid measures in place. After coffee we ventured into the farm shop. Plenty of great fresh produce available. Fantastic place.
Charming little farmers shop offering a selection of vegetables and fruits, fresh baked cakes and bread, cupboard items, as well as a fish, cheese, pastries and meat selection with a butcher. You will also find garden items such as flowers and plants. The place also has a beautiful selection of spirits, wine and beers. Cobbs also has a café offering a selection of items including English breakfasts.
Second visit to this great little farm shop and garden centre.
Plenty of variety in the fruit, veg, cakes and meats. Good frozen food selection too.
Looking forward to a visit again when it’s warmer and dryer to have a look around the garden centre.
We love going to Cobbs to get our frozen things, we try to be low waste at home and you can bring your own bags and tubs to get things like peas, frozen fruit, pastries etc.. We've saved lots of packaging so far doing this. Its also a lovely place to go for lunch, we often go on Sunday before or after a walk. Staff are friendly, product range is vast and everything is great quality. Would also recommend the moo-less pie for any veggies out there who like jackfruit. It's delicious!!
Significant presence of cooked breakfast type items even on the lunch menu. Quick service considering the size of our group of 16
Lovely food, friendly staff. It's our 2nd visit in 2 weeks and we will definitely go again. ❣️❣️
first visit here, well stocked garden centre, shop butcher bakery & deli
have a huge mix of goods. Lunch was good, spicy cauliflower soup. Will visit again soon
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Cobbs in Winchester for pulling off a very last minute care package for a colleague. Great value, range of products, presentation and above all amazing communication from Dan in the office all while I was far away in London. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thank you guys!!!
