A group of 8 of us came when they were only open for another 45 mins. But we were welcomed and attended to brilliantly by friendly staff. The food though was fantastic. With many of us saying it was the best we had eaten in ages. I had the monk fish and it was so tasty. Can't wait to come back agai
We had a fantastic lunch here on a Sunday. The service was perfect and the staff were so friendly to our little boy. The food was delicious, generous portions and good price. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We were in Winchester for the first time and suddenly got craving for some good Indian Food. After a very short search, we came across this Resturant and could make a quick online booking. Upon reaching we got a table immediately. We ordered for kebabs and tikka, Panner matar, Dal, Chicken chettinna

A very nice Indian restaurant with good tasty food.service was ok but not great but it was busy but that's not the point every customer should be treated equally.if you are a fan of Indian food and if you are in the Winchester area then please give it a try because the food is very good.

Excellent Indian food and service. Very authentic with a good amount of spices. Portion sizes were good as well, with fair prices.
We had a lovely meal at this smart restaurant, superbly situated in the City centre. We ordered a wide variety of dishes and as regular patrons of quality Indian restaurants I can heartily recommend The Gandhi. The staff were all excellent, the service was first class and the food was exceptional.

So why 4 stars and not 5? It was freezing in there, other dinners kept their coats on. That and a 10% service charge was added automatically

We had such delicious food here last night. I had monk fish curry and bf had ox cheek. Both were so delicious! Staff are very friendly and so attentive. The service was brilliant!! Just to add for the price we paid, we also had a starter and drinks. Thank you! 5⭐
We absolutely love going to the Gandhi - everything is perfect, the food, the service and the setting. Ronnie is a fabulous host and could not make you feel more welcome. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves delicious food!
