Customer service was absolutely brilliant... never seen such attentive staff ..let alone in a macdonalds. Place was really busy but it was spotless. Staff did not stop clearing .. cleaning tables. Well done guys 10/10 🙌🙌
This is a well kept, clean and tidy McDonald’s. The staff are attentive and friendly going round asking everyone how their meals were. They also offered toys to the children etc.
The food was hot, you could tell it was cooked to order rather than sitting around for hours which we’ve had in the past!

The staff were great and one lady (maybe the manager) was especially friendly with excellent customer service that made us feel welcome. We got breakfast on a quiet Wednesday morning so they were not under pressure but it was clean and the food was fresh and hot so I can't really fault our experience.
First of all, way way better than the KFC at the entrance to this area. Avoid the KFC. You've been warned. Terrible service and very pricey!
This McDonald's is Busy.
Clean, well maintained, staff cleaning up and emptying full bins. Food was quick, was fairly hot, even the chips, and seemed freshly made. My order was correct the first time and everything I wanted was available, while ordering, I even got a print out with my order number, which can be unheard of in some McDonald's.
Plenty of parking spaces.
App worked well and order boards worked correctly.

You know how in real restaurants they ask you how you mr food is and make sure everything is okay? Well, we got asked that. I have never felt so loved and appreciated by a fast food chain.
The food was the same Mac Donald’s I have ever eaten but the cleanliness was pure happiness and I have never experienced this before.
I will be returning even though I live in the neatherlands purely for the enjoyment.
The fries were cooked to gordan standards and probably the only place that will ever escape kitchen nightmares with a good review.
This was a life changing experience and I highly recommend it and you will find a new light in life :D.
Really lovely staff great food and really clean loos.
However there is a smoking area linked to the childrens play area and this is unacceptable to me. My toddler is the same height as the cigarette in a man’s hand. Plus no one (should) want to eat with their children surrounded by cigarette smoke

We've stopped here twice now on route down the A303 and couldn't fault it. Food good and quick. Staff friendly and helpful.
Staff were efficient, the place was clean and the ice cream machine was working. What more could you ask ;)

It's nicely done with plenty of seating inside and out but it gets busy and then it's hard to find a seat, clean and the staff was polite and helpful. Certainly the better sure compared to some we've been too

It's one of the best around I personally think. I have two McDonald's on the doorstep in yeovil, and I'd still drive to this one to have a better burger. Staff are friendly and more than accommodating when I've messed up on the pre-order machines.

The Wincanton McDonalds is a dream for anyone who loves everything on the McDonald's menu, can't decide what to order or just loves a surprise.
Uniquely, to me at least, the Wincanton McDonald's team have created a fabulous 'lucky dip' vibe with their brilliant drive-thru experience. It goes like this:
1. place your order in the normal way.
2. be sure to point out what you think are mistakes on the screen e.g. 'please make sure all the Happy Meal hamburgers are plain'
3. acknowledge the confidence of the employee that it ABSOLUTELY IS a plain burger on all 3 Happy Meals, even though only 2 say 'Plain'
4. Pay
5. Move to the next window, collect your order and check all the 'plain' hamburgers, wait for them to realise you haven't driven off so they open the window again and say 'sorry, this one isn't plain' - they'll quickly sort you out with a plain burger - but CHECK IT AGAIN!
6. Feel good that you had the sense to check, thus avoiding your seven year old having a total meltdown - drive home
7. Confidently dish out everyone's food telling everyone how they got the order wrong for the 8th time in a row (seriously) but that this time you checked!
8. grab everyone's stone cold fries and microwave them. Sit down. Get up again, because your wife's quarter pounder is a bit cold as well
9. Sit back down, feeling good that everyone has the right stuff for once
10. Unwrap your Chicken Mayo and discover that it's a BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER !!!!!

Came for lunch whilst charging my car. Used the big screens to order. Food was brought over to us by “Danni” who was really friendly and helpful, they even offered to go and get us sauces etc. Great experience. The restaurant was cleaner than many.
The most clean and well kept McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Lovely staff as well thank you to Andy, Jo and Kirsty for a great McDonald’s experience!
