Lovely settings and very friendly staff. We went for Sunday Lunch. The food tasted very good. My roast beef was overcooked. Plenty of Roast potato and vegetables but you had to order the cauliflower cheese as extras. We waited a long while for the food to be served.
Great food and service. Ollie our waiter is a credit to the Fox and Hounds. Served us politely and was very attentive. A really nice young man who made our experience even better. The food was lovely and atmosphere was nice as celebrating my daughters 19th birthday.

I’m autistic and struggle sometimes with food all being together, it’s really overwhelming. Especially when I’m also surrounded by lots of people and noises. I normally order just chips, struggle through something overwhelming, or just don’t eat when going out. But I saw they had a flatbread topped
Came in with my family this afternoon for lunch, had the steak and ale pie which was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly and the service was outstanding.
Visited this lovely pub at lunch time today and had such a wonderful time. The food (Sunday roast) was delicious. Also very dog friendly. My puppy adored his treat from the lovely staff members who were all friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!!
We only popped in spontaneously on New Year's Day for a drink before walking the dog.
A table was available in the bar area, which was perfect.
Staff were attentive, place clean and atmosphere friendly.
Will need to pop back for a meal definitely.
Haven't been for a while so it was nice to go back for an evening meal during the lovely weather. We had a lovely dinner tonight at the Fox and Hounds, there was a definite improvement from past experience! Food was great as was the service (Karen who was lovely and the young boy who’s name we didn’t catch, he was very polite and gave great service!).
