Had a fantastic dinner here last night. The food seems to have gone up a notch - it really was wonderful. The service was brilliant as well and a special mention to Bridie and our waitress Sammy who couldn’t have done anymore to look after us and make sure that we had a lovely evening. Thank you
Went to the Willet Arms for a family meal and Birthday celebration, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating with the children in the party. Lovely garden with lots of space dog friendly to! Lovely Pub
Great kids menu with loads of choice. The beef was tough, when we complained we got a very monotone “thanks for telling us”, but no offer of changing the meal, getting a partial refund or a free drink as good will. The prices are at the higher end, and I do not feel that it’s great value for money
This isn’t your average pub food place, it a very good quality restaurant. We were staying locally and this pub was in walking distance. We were able to book a table ahead of time. The food was great, cooked very well and very tasty. We received quality service on a busy Saturday evening. I would 10
Lovely staff, made a great short notice birthday surprise, food was flawless, thanks Bridie.
The service was great, all the staff were very sweet. The pork belly I had was fantastic, the baked fish dish was delicious according to my mother in law but the celeriac steak was way too hard, very undercooked according to my wife.
Had a delicious meal with a group of friends. Camembert starter, squid and mushrooms all delicious. For mains we had burgers, hake, and the belly pork between us. All our plates were emptied as the food was so good. Olly served us with a friendly manner.
We used to visit quite regularly but then stopped going for a while as things seemed to go downhill slightly. I was very pleased to find that it's back up to the great standard it always was. We'll definitely start coming back more regularly. Fantastic food and fantastic service, couldn't ask for mo
Nicely decorated large pub. Super garden. Well stocked bar and efficient friendly service. Only stopped for a break and a drink before attending a service at very nearby Poole Crematorium, but a lot of folks were eating lunches that looked absolutely fab!
I had chosen this pub because it was dog friendly. Lovely evening out, going back many weeks. As it was a summers evening, we sat outside. The restaurant look very inviting and the staff were really thoughtful and pleasant. Great atmosphere. Toilets were nice and clean.
We had a fantastic family dinner! The kids were delighted with the Chicken and Chips from the menu. Our server, Bridie, was not only charming but also exceptionally welcoming.
I came into the willet arms for lunch we sat in the restaurant and got served by a waitress called codie she was very polite and made us feel very welcome. She made sure everything was okay with our meals and was quick with her service. Plus the food was great. Would definitely come again! :))
The overall food and experience is good, but having eaten here a few times now I feel something is lacking. It could do with a little extra attention in places. Staff are friendly enough but don't go that extra mile to build customer rapport. Checked for allergies, but didn't ask how food was and fa
Absolutely amazing meal . Pan Fried sea bass and the Dirty Burger. A little pricey but well worth it as it was a birthday treat.
