Had a lovely lunchtime meal here. It's a large pub with lots of space. You will find the normal varied Weatherspoons menu with something for everyone. Great for vegetarians with lots of options. The staff were all really friendly, and it's very easy to order through the app. Food came quickly and was well cooked.

Nice surroundings. Pleasant staff. Value for money food. Drinks promotion, drinks cost 50% less than expected! The Man in the Wall plaqued outside explaining the pubs name.

It's a Wetherspoons. Good food at a fair price. Great selection of beers and wines. It's never going to be Gordon Ramsey, but always quick, polite service and something for everyone. Bright and airy, with plenty of space. Just clear and clean the tables faster when people leave...

The food always comes fresh and hot... Update 17/2/19: Sunday morning we saw the kitchen was putting out breakfasts which sat there for 10 minutes. Not a good idea for Eggs Benedict. I asked for my breakfast wrap to be done again which it was . Update 27/10/23: Breakfast muffins perfectly cooked and delivered quickly! See picture 🙂

Great place. I visit many Weatherspoons and accept in return for great prices there can be compromised. Not so at The Man in the Wall. Washrooms on same level as bar. Food was good. Service with a smile. Place was clean. Not always comments for some other locations. Still fed 4 adults with drinks for £40!!!

A lot busier than the Night Jar in the neighbouring town of Ferndale. I ordered from the table, (because no bar service at the moment) a pint of Shipyard for £2.49. Some nice pieces on the wall (see photos). Certainly worth a visit 👍

One of the best Wetherspoon pubs I've visited on my travels. A very characteristic building combining both traditional and modern sitting areas, together with a garden space. I enjoyed friendly and efficient srvice. I'll definitely return.

Breakfast wrap is the smallest one I have ever had at a spoons, this one was no larger than a tennis ball and mostly wrap.
