Sundayroast... I would drive a extra mile just to eat there again. Absolutly fantastic!!
We had a pork and an lamb roast... both where exelent... The yorkshirepudding was HUGE!!

Fabulous food and excellent service. We have eaten here in the evenings and have never been disappointed, so we booked for Sunday lunch this time for a larger group who all thoroughly enjoyed their roasts, which were extremely well cooked and presented, not to mention the indulgent puds. Great range of drinks at the bar and the staff were extremely accommodating, particularly when we all decided to eat outside at the last minute as the sun was shining. A lovely kid and dog friendly pub with a good menu and a warm welcome. Highly recommended.
Stayed at a local campsite and this was the most local pub. We were super lucky to find this gem. Pucker food. I had the 1 kg cote de boef sharer and I can honestly say it was one of the tastiest and best cooked cuts of meat I had ever tasted.
The landlady was very attentive and the rest of the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.
Midweek roast was decent aswell. Large portions and very tasty.
Definitely be back next time we visit longleat.
Best Sunday roast I've had in years.
I suspect it's because that's all on offer so they do it just right. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, nice clean pub and very dog friendly.
Snuck out of work for a quick bite to eat and we are so pleased that we chose to call into The White Hart.
After sitting down to the most amazing Yorkshire pudding selection all we want to do now is have a nap!

The service was very quick and the staff really friendly. The smokehouse menu was fantastic. Wish we didn't live so far away or we would be back in a heartbeat. We were told the meat platter was large and they weren't wrong. Great value food cooked brilliantly 🔥🔥
A touch of Yorkshire in Somerset, the landlady is from Leeds in Yorkshire.
Take a big appetite as the food is awesome. It's a pub that allows campervans to stay overnight (as members of Britstop) and is ideally situated for a trip to Longleat.

Enjoyed a really good Sunday roast today. Definitely recommended. Good quality and great variety. Not rushed and very relaxed. Will be revisiting.
Delicious food in really generous portions. Friendly service and cosy fires. Mulled wine was fab too! Such a perfect relaxing way to end a busy day at Longleat. We'll be back for sure!
Looking from the outside it looks like a normal pub, but it is actually lovely, The great decor matches the character of the place,
When given the menu it was only one page of choice, (made decisions easier) we order 10oz steak x 2 chips , steak burger x 2 & a Mach and cheese, all I can say is wow wow wow, very very delicious, if I am ever back in this area will 100% be returning,
Called in here randomly for a quick bite to eat. Didn't see hardly any veggie options on. The lady behind the bar, sensing our disappointment, was really quite excellent and said she'd have a word with the chef to see if they could rustle up something. She returned with a variety of options we could have. Brilliant. We left full and satisfied.

Had a fabulous meal last weekend the nachos were amazing so was the 3am Mac and cheese. Fantastic portions fabulous food and great value for money.

Service is great, helpful and cheerful ... lovely space outside, lucky for me on this day was so sunny ... foods are amazing and drinks was good, I didn't took a photo where I specifically asked for any Baileys cocktail so they search up recipes then showing me if I would like it to go ahead and they did made it and I am satisfied!
