The service has improved here and is now quite quick. I used to avoid. I’ve been coming here for about 25 years
The manager Ryan Brewe was extremely helpful and polite defo created a great atmosphere as well! Another customer satisfied😁🥳
I'm not big on coffees out and about as I'm a bit fussy on strength and taste and also feel it's a needless luxury.
However as coffee Places go, this venue is always busy and always clean.
Staff are efficient and the range of snacks and small plates or desserts is good for a place of this size.
As a chain, the standards of food quality and presentation are as good as you'd expect.
Toilet facilities are also good.

The drink I ordered was very well done however they were out of stock already for a drink I had initially wanted. Aside from a stock issue was very pleased with the service and the drink I chose in the end
Stopped here whilst waiting on a flight arriving. We had breakfast and two coffees. The two female staff were absolutely lovely. Very attentive, friendly, outgoing and going the extra mile 100%. Will return again of in the same area.

Lively place. I came here to meet my friend and it is great for dining alone, in small groups and large groups too. It's most popular for college students and younger people and it's located in the perfect place in Chester centre. It isn't dear and it has a huge dining area. I've been there a few times since and will keep going in the future
Interesting place in that there's big windows onto the street where you can watch the world go by...
Lovely Staff, they are always really friendly and often talk to me beyond the "Hello, what's your order?".
Very busy and obviously Starbucks rate. A lot of kids at times too. Can be rather annoying. Definitely take headphones to do any work. Cheaper, quieter cafes are available.
I just nipped to Starbucks and asked if they was any secret menu drink they wasn’t sure and said I could give them a recipe but instead they made me a surprise drink and they had it in Thailand
The staff are lovely and friendly, and the white mocha is the best drink ever.....
The manager and staff ALWAYS exceed expectations . It is my favourite place weekday mornings to visit on my way to work in Stockport . Diane's piccinos are amazing ! Tim has a fund of great stories !
