The food and drink is great, we had a very nice and welcoming male Asian staff serve us. However there was a female colleague who was super rude to him after he asked her to help prepare the drinks. To the point another customer had to intervene and remind this rude female colleague that she needs to calm down. I would suggest management look into this as the gentleman who served us was very calm, caring and helpful he did not any point react or be rude back to this particular female colleague.
As a customer that was quite embarrassing and patronising to watch. This female colleague then pushed the tray at me only for the kind gentlemen to apologise on her behalf. It was clear this female colleague did not want to be at work on a Saturday.
Very good Costa, with very good service
By far the best of the main coffee chains and this is a pretty decent branch here in Wilmslow. I do like some of their toasries and sandwiches. Some of the cakes are quite good but maybe a bit expensive.. you can always bring a biscuit in your pocket
Good drinks and food; quiet atmosphere, lots of light through the windows makes it a pleasant place to sit - better than Wildings in this respect.
Always a good hot drink for an old saddo like me - coming up the to 89 - but the whole place is looking a bit tired and shabby. Ageing decor... but it is warm place to go. Thanks Costa.
Very cosy little cafe always with good vibes.
It was the only place that was open for a 20 mile radius on New Year's day when we were out on our 50 mile bike ride! We were so thankful that it was. What a beautiful establishment and location! Must be amazing sitting outdoors in the summer. Food was small portions and a little expensive, but I guess that's the definition of a gastropub??
Excellent coffee as always! Love the new mobile ordering, drinks were ready in less than 2 minutes and we were able to jump a queue of at least 6 people! Suits my misanthropic nature to a tee!
Under the current restrictions I think Costa are doing well. We managed to sit in and the 50% was a pleasant surprise as we had forgotten about it. As soon as a table was vacated staff fully cleaned and disinfected it. Coffee was as we expected from Costa.
The service was very quick I got mine while my friend was deciding 😃. We ordered a toastie that was tasty. It's not the most attractive Costa's but always busy.
Costa is a typical chain coffee shop and provides the kind of fast efficient service you would expect. But therefore it lacks personality and individuality. Coffee is good. There is are wide range if drinks available a day service is fast
I’ve been coming to this shop for nearly two years (!) now and I have to say the staff there are fantastic. No matter how busy the place is, they’re always cheerful, friendly, and happy to help - they even remember my regular order!
I have absolutely no complaints from all the time I’ve been going there and the staff are a real asset to the company.
