Went on Sunday lunch, the platter was amazing, fresh, attractive and innovative. friendly staff. My daughter ordered chicken tori kaarage and she ate all the portion with a bowl of sushi rice without sharing to us. Crispy and juicy chicken fillet. We enjoyed every moment of our Japanese food here and will come back again. I highly recommended. Please try it and you won't regret.

Ate for the first time at Zumu Sushi today and it was fantastic! The Dragon (eel) sushi was gorgeous, the salmon sake sushi was different and very tasty, recommend the duck gyoza, and the chocolate mochi was scrummy. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming to us and our young baby. We will definitely be going back here and I think we've found a new takeaway favourite too for the evenings when we can't go out.

Eaten in and taken away - cant recommend enough. We just keep going back. Try the Zumu special spicy sushi roll, salmon teriyaki, and duck gyozas - my three favourites. Going tonight also!

A spot on Japanese restaurant with the real feel of a sushi bar in Tokyo, we had the black cod which was as good as Nobu in London at a fraction of the price, along with sashimi my favourite is always hamachi, but it was also lovely to sample the Blue Fin Tuna. The Sushi was great especially the soft crab and the spicy dynamite. We ended up having 2 portions of the spicy edamame and the Eel was out of this world. Don’t forget that you bring your own booze (no charge) , which is no fuss as their is a Waitrose across the road.

I’ve eaten here almost every day this week.. yes it’s that good. Having recently become vegetarian I was really impressed with the tofu Katsu and vegetarian roll. Quick, fresh, good value, delicious... not sure you could want much more. Very impressed. Keep up the tasty veggie options too guys. Highly recommended!

Only just recently heard about a Sushi restaurant so close to my home, usually I have to venture in to town to get it. Despite a tiny mishap where one dish was accidentally left out (which was speedily amended and I was even offered a free box to remedy this) all was amazing! They even answered my questions via Facebook before ordering, which was super helpful! Food was delicious and I'm so happy I'm now aware of this place! Definitely be back again soon :)

The best sushi that we have had in Manchester. Amazing that we got the opportunity to try with it being 50% off too! We ordered £100 worth of sushi including the fresh sushi tacos (crab tacos and salmon and tuna tacos) and only paid £50 for everything ! Quality of the food was just top notch - Would definitely be returning! The host was also very warm and welcoming - shout out to Jake for being so lovely despite coming in to work on his day off in this heat! It was very hot and humid without any aircon in the restaurant; fortunately, we brought our own portable fan for us and the baby!

Fantastic ambience, great food and the best cocktails I have had. The service is excellent, highly recommend this restaurant and the bar, the bartender makes exceptional cocktails and clearly has a passion for his work. Food quality is 5 star.

I’ve eaten here for special occasions twice in the last three weeks. Sushi was absolutely super and everyone who ate sushi agreed. Friend who has the udon vegetarian noodles really enjoyed them, though the katsu curry I had on my first visit was not the best I’ve ever had but still ok. There are quite a few hot dishes to choose from and plenty of different starters, but the menu is predominantly sushi with some sashimi. Place is stylishly decorated. The drinks choice is very good and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

This is not a typical Japanese restaurant. The interior design is fusion, so are the meals. They gave another amazing experience. The staff were all nice, polite and responsive. We had a joyful lunch hour.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zumuku Sushi, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful sushi options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the salmon sashimi and the dragon roll, which were both expertly prepared and bursting with delicious flavors. The staff at Zumuku Sushi were also very friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. It was very easy to book a table, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a friend and family meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Zumuku Sushi to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable sushi dining experience. With its great food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, it's definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in the area.

Went for a meal. Unfortunately, we both chose the same dish, but the chef didn’t split the dish evenly! My partner only got two prawns and was not happy. I'd already eaten mine when he realised. He did mention it to the Waitress, but no more prawns were offered. We did get a small discount off the bill. Having said all that, the food was excellent, very tasty. The upshot of this is that we don’t order the same dish again.......

Good food but they made some mistakes that they shouldn't: -Live music, good but not overpowering: we go there for dinner and talk, not to a concert. Loud music is not nice for dinner. - Food for all the guests not arriving at the same time. We need to wait for a while to one of the starters. - Piling plates on the table, that's a big no-no for me. Piling empty plates on the table is always prone to problems or accidents. It should be avoided in good restaurants.

Came here on my own. Only because I was staying in a nearby hotel. For business. Anyway, I cancelled the last time I was in Wilmslow so I decided to visit without booking. Restaurant is nice. Greeted by lovely staff shown to my table on the terrace. The decor caught my eye. Anyway, I ordered vegetable Gyōza and Chilli Chicken Udon. The gyōza was nice. The chicken Udon was also fairly tasty. I did ask the staff how spicy it was and they left the chillis in a side bowl for me. Very considerate. It wasnt the best Japanese that I've tried but it certainly wasn't far off. Friendly staff also.
