We had a surprise birthday party for my mother in law and Sarah and the team were amazing, so helpful and welcoming. The food was very lovely and well received and eaten by all. Would highly recommend to anyone to go and have cup of tea and cake in this lovely tea room.

"If you need more jam or cream just ask" and ask I did. Perfect hot and fresh scones. The lemon and ginger ones with lemon curd was a real treat and all smothered in lashings of cream that just kept coming :)

We went for afternoon tea to celebrate Fathers' day. I was able to reserve a table, and the owner had arranged for us to have a shady table outside, as I had explained that we had old 'uns and young 'un. The owner and her helper were attentive, friendly and helpful and there was lots of choice on the menu - from full 'Long Man Cream Tea' to ploughmans, A lovely, happy occasion. We will definitely go back!

Lovely tea rooms with a secluded garden, freshly made sandwiches and scones. Friendly atmosphere, spotlessly clean. Highly recommend to all. Good luck to the new owners, excellent job

I went here with my partner for her birthday. We ordered tea and Victoria sponge, scones of which we had two types, fruit plus blueberry and orange too and also apple and pear cake. All was excellent so much so that we ordered some lemon drizzle cake and took it home. The setting within the gardens is lovely and we will certainly be returning for more in the near future. Prices are just right too.

Excellent service from friendly staff. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Just off a busy road but disguised well. Keep a lookout for the sign as it's right next to the turning and you could easily miss it. Miserable council won't let them put up signs further along the road. ( how to discourage small businesses). Highly recommended this quaint tearoom. We will definitely be regulars.

I went here today with my Dad and I loved it so much. I love finding little cute cafes to have coffee and cake in and this was just perfect for today. We both had paninis, with a slice of cake after. Both of these were great! Really happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you very much!

My sister-in-law & I wanted an afternoon tea, this was one of the places that was recommended to us by Google. As it was our first time visiting here, we didn't know what to expect but I can fully say that our expections were highly met & we both felt so welcome/comfortable by both staff as well as the surroundings that we actually stayed for over 3 hours! The afternoon tea was just gorgeously displayed, the food was delicious, really fills you up & all in all the price for it was incredible for afternoon tea for two, extra pot of tea & two milkshakes! Also as a Type 1 Diabetic, the woman who took our order noticed i was Diabetic, recommended to me about having a lemon scone as it had less sugar in than the others. I can honestly say that not many places would recommend or cater to Diabetics! Such a lovely hidden gem that I will be returning & recommending this place to everyone I know!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at this lovely cafe. They make such an interesting range of cakes and scones that it is difficult to choose. Beautiful fresh scones and as many refills for the teapot as we wanted. Thank you to the cheerful, helpful efficient staff. Definitely need to go back to try a different cake.

Hidden gem worth a stop off, lovely gardens, parking, and most importantly amazing selection of cakes including gluten free + dairy free / vegan options - all were delicious. GF sandwiches and sausages usually available too although didn’t try these today. Friendly customer service when let us in a little late close to closing time and still happily sorted us with cake and tea. Lovely.

Had Brie, bacon and cranberry toasted sandwich on proper granary bread. Best ever! There was a request for extra crispy bacon…and it was no trouble for them. Staff had great attitude and our server Toby did a great job! Highly recommended.

Not that easy to find as signage could be better, council permitted. Very friendly staff/ owners, food was very good and served with a smile. Clean and tidy & bright. Good conversation with the owners. It is a tea room but does light breakfast......not your big fry up....we had sausage and chips, hot and well cooked. Will visit again the next time we are in the area. Well done to the ladies that run it.
