We are staying at the haven site and noticed this pub on the way there, 5 mins drive from site, so on the doorstep. Rang up at the last minute to see if any tables were available and there were, greeted at the door by friendly staff, who showed us to our table straight away. Very nice selection of f

I personally prefer a pub with a bit more of an atmosphere and cosy surroundings, whereas The Windmill had dining tables & chairs throughout which to me doesn't conduce to a comfortable setting, but perhaps works for them if they're more interested in food serv
Great service with a dog friendly beer garden including a little play area for children. Vegan and veggie options available. Kids portion was very generous and the onion rings were massive! Lovely food, would recommend a visit.

Stopped for a quick bite and coffee on route elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and swift with our order. Lovely picturesque setting that can be enjoyed in or outside. Called back a few days later on our return home. Just a good.

Had a table of 15 and all the food came out on time, perfectly cooked. The bar staff and waitress was so professional. Well looked after. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend the bass.

Very nice hotel. We stayed only one night. We really appreciated the excellent dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
