Our favourite little pub! They always do good events bringing the locals together, and it’s always a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the fish and chips are the best around! Always nice big portions, so much that it’s a challenge to finish sometimes, but we always do because you don’t want to waste a crumb. Really good for families too as they have accommodated for our larger family dinners, and still manage to get food out quickly. Definitely stop by if you have the chance

I'm delighted to confirm that the vibes have well and truly returned to the Half Moon. The post-Xmas festivities - a combo of karaoke, a proper British buffet laden with crisps and sausage rolls, and two fabulous hosts - meant we spent a whole night at the pub compared to previous years where we'd be in a taxi to Lincoln after a couple. Keep up the great work Gavin and Steve!

When they say 'homemade' they really mean it. We all had a starter, prawns, black pudding tower and fish goujons and all were delicious. The sauce on the black pudding tower was incredible! Then little man had a pizza which we've brought away with us coz he was full and we couldn't let it go to waste as it was so nice. The grown ups had gammon and lasagne...the lasagne- what can I say? One of the best I've had and its my 'go to'. A lovely atmosphere and probably a pub you could drive past and not know how lovely the food is! And to top it off...they sold PRIME. Needless to say it was my 10yo best pub ever!

We came here for a carvery today and what a find! Traditional pub atmosphere, combined with fantastic, friendly service. Most of all, the food was exceptional. It tasted genuinely homemade - the gravy in particular was divine. We will definitely be back! Thanks very much :)

Wow, what can I say, booked in for a meal and I loved every mouthful, I highly recommend the sirloin steak, it was cooked beautifully and the Bakewell with custard was divine. The prices are very fair for the current living crisis we're all in. And to top the night off they were having a karaoke night and it was a blast. Also noticed this was a dog friendly pub too and all the staff were lovely, happy and pleasant to be around 😊😊😊. Forgot to take a picture of main meal but attached a picture of the pudding ☺️

Had lunch here today as on way to Care Home at Willingham by Stow. Lovely fire, friendly atmosphere, nice barmaid, good pint of Doombar and glass of Chardonnay and excellent well priced food. Molly the 🐩welcomed. Can't ask for more. Will be back.

We didn't eat here but the food looked good and the beer was delicious. I would have had more but my friend had to get back. The lovely waitress explained why Lincolnshire people are called yellow bellies

Popped in for a quick pint, found a very welcoming atmosphere very much in the village pub style, and a decent pint.
