Went here for Saturday lunch. It's so busy and popular we had to wait for a table but didn't mind and glad we did. Will definitely pre-book a table in the future. Great Cafe food. Great coffee. Great service. Great atmosphere with brilliant live music from local boys, the Cox Brothers. Just, well, Great!

Lunch with my sister who's beens lots of times my first visit and certainly won't be my last £5.50 for a chicken cajun sandwich fresh bread warm chicken and salad my sister got her regular fish cakes.
A gem of a find today!! Was visiting Hanson's Electrical and they recommended this cafe. So glad I asked if there was a nice cafe in the area. Delicious, good quality food at a reasonable price too, and they had a drinks licence too! The ambience was lovely with a singer singing in the background 😍..Was highly delighted and will definitely return...from Hedon! Thankyou for a lovely experience.

Lovely little place. My daughter and I enjoyed it. Food was spot on.
Excellent food, great value, very helpful cook when a friend had mushrooms in her cottage pie. Took dish away quickly so not to eat it. Offered to do her another meal, she got a soup with bread and vegetables. No music so must have gone at wrong time.
Yet another excursion to my favorite music cafe. Always a warm welcome from owners Fran and Frank. Had a tasty curry off the specials board. Tonight the talented John and Peter Cox, aka Urban Rain, were performing two sets of a John's original songs.
Whether it's just a coffee or a meal and drinks, great varied menu. Very friendly and good service. Freshly made very day, great selection. Scones brilliant with butter, cream and jam.
