Popped in for a drink and ended up coming back the next day for Sunday lunch. The food was delicious and service good and really friendly. Also very dog friendly. Thank you for a lovely meal.

What a fabulous addition to Wigtown! Delicious food, from toasties and sharing cheese board to excellent evening meals and puds. Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Looking forward to the restaurant opening soon. Can’t recommend enough!

The Plough Inn is doing amazing food, wine and drinks. Sourcing their meat/veg locally is a great addition. Highly recommended.

What an amazing meal. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and authentic, lovely and warm by the open fire. We're already busy planning when we can go back.

Fab meal and local ales which is always a massive plus. The new management is doing a super job of bringing good restaurant grub, and a fantastic pub atmosphere, back to Wigtown.
