Delicious looking cakes, I've had two from here, one cheesecake and a celebration cake

Loved the cakes choices, one of my fav places for desserts. Service was excellent, prices also worth it! I sure will be back.

I loved my coffee. They have a big selection of fresh cheese cakes. Very tasty and not overly priced. Would recommend and definitely come back.

Sorry to say but I agree with the other reviews about the customer service standards at Wigston. I just bought a full size cheesecake this morning and the lady saw me waiting at the counter yet ignored me and carried on doing whatever she was doing behind the wall. It turns out she was getting cheesecakes and tea to serve to customers. I understand she was busy but why not say hello and I'll be with you as soon as I'm done? In the meantime other customers tried to push in front of me and one finally succeeded in her wish and put her cakes on the till as I was being served which confused the server - great!!! Again the lady serving was wordless and smile-less while she served me my cake. She showed me it and didn't even give me a chance to remark that some of the fruits on top looked substandard. What's the point in showing me the produce if you're not going to give me any chance to comment/feedback and say I'd prefer another one? We're spending a lot of money on these cakes - the least you can do is actually communicate with customers. I initially wanted to go to the Melton Road branch instead and now wish I had. We went to that one last week and customer service was amazing!! We even got some free dessert pots - they were giving them away that day. Next time I will go there - even if it is 3 miles out of my way! To Wigston - you really need to be careful because you're a franchise and if you treat customers like poo for no reason then you're at risk of going bust as we will just go elsewhere. --------------- Have now revised my review from a 1 star to 5 star. My last visit to this branch was really good, very positive and a complete turnaround from the one described above. I understand the shop is now under new management too. Keep up the good work! ☺️

The shop assistant was really kind and helpful throughtout my visit. He knows everything about the cheescake and helped me to choose the most suitable one for me. Feel sorry for him that he has to deal with all these demanding customers that get mad if they have to wait a minute or two.

I ordered on Uber Eats to get my Mum's birthday treat. Absolutely fab, lush cake and they made it so pretty. 100% would recommend 👌
