Star And Garter - Wigston - Photo album

Star and garter is one of my fav names for a pub, this one is very good. Busy saloon and public bar, three ales on but not of amazing diversity (timmy taylor, tribute, and one other) but well kept. Recommended.
Attended a function on a Saturday night. Great selection of beers and the food for the party provided was top class
First time in this pub, what great place, friendliness was amazing, they made us feel very special, great family pub, definitely go back. Also great for sport with TVs. The people who run it could not make you more welcome, thank you Star and Grater, see you again soon
We had a family skittles evening of 20 cousins. This skittle alley was great with table and chairs for us all. On top of that we had our own lounge area AND our own outside area with lots of table and chairs. It was a beautiful sunny evening. We had a cold salad platter and fruit salad, deeeelish
Absolutely legendary pub ! Great owners the quiz on weds is a Gem. Propa pub traditional cute and lovely give it a go won't be disappointed
Used to go to this pub alot a few years ago when I was around , so I went in for few drinks on a work do , the place looks fantastic and the bar staff made you feel really welcomed , always had a good feeling there and it looks liked it's continued brill 5*
Great vibe, very friendly
Visited just after 12 on a Sunday. Excellent pint and comfortable lounge. However initial service was slow, lounge was almost empty at the time but we had to wait to be served. Maybe because we weren't regulars. Every customer counts.
Went to the Star and Garter for a birthday party. Great atmosphere and the function / skittle ally / beer garden are great for a party. The bar staff are very friendly and the food was good too. Overall a very good afternoon. Thankyou to all at ghe Star and Garter.
Nice pub, First time in there. Will drink there again.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Was on holiday went there with my sister and brother-in-law good service great hosts and very friendly staff brilliant night out
A compact traditionally laid-out pub on the edge of Wigston's town shopping area. An Everards house. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good selection of Real Ales. A sports-orientated pub with screens in both lounge and bar. Parking available in the two nearby free (up to 3 hours) Oadby Council car park
Great pub.1st time returning after many years but staff welcoming and a lively pub. Will be back
Great pub, amazing atmosphere and the new owners deb and daz are friendliest people I've met in ages. Good luck for the future.
