I stopped for a bacon butty & latte & it was very tasty & the latte much nicer than overpriced & too strong Costa's! The lady serving offered me a bargain meal deal for £5.30! She was friendly & welcoming & makes great coffee 😊
Lovely little shop on wigan North Western platform. The lady is super cute, cheery and polite. She made an excellent oat milk hazelnut hot chocolate and was super kind. Lovely drink and lovely lady :)
Just been in for a coffee with my husband and honestly i loved every moment the layout of the cafe made me nostalgic about my childhood... i ordered two hazlenut oat milk mocha 😋 as myself n my husband are quite picky 😆 and honestly it was a superb coffee as a Starbucks ssv i love to make compariso

Great staff especially Susan, she's an absolute angel 😁. Quick, friendly service with a smile and great coffee, can't rate any higher. Pumpkin does need a Facebook page though, you're missing out on more social presence. Just a suggestion.
Vivienne is an absolute delight. She turned our stressful and bleary-eyed start of our journey completely around. She was friendly, helpful and really took time to chat with us. What an absolutely lovely lady and a real credit to the cafe and the station as a whole!! X

Had a lovely late morning Frappe at Pumpkin Cafe on Platform 4, Wigan North Western. Prices reasonable for a train station. Frappe was excellent, not too sweet or too strong, just a perfect frappe.
Owen served us and as always the drinks are great! Very friendly and good customer service. I'm very happy! I'm always there.
