Went today to have a meeting, breakfast wraps are really nice, had multiple teas 😂, power at most tables to charge my lap top, no time limit on the stay either. Friendly staff. Thankyou

Friendly service but not the quickest, plenty of staff just none actually just getting on with it. Nice looking coffee shop with comfortable seating.

The kids enjoyed their cheeky breakfast today. Friendly staff and nice clean.

What a difference it makes when there's good efficient staff . Service was excellent Order taken by a staff member in the queue , The ladies behind the counter making the food and drinks were so quick Food & drinks fresh and hot . Excellent

Had the strawberry mint iced tea enjoyed it. Really refreshing

I popped in for a too good to go box, which had an excellent selection of Costa and M&S food.Staff friendly and helpful.Will for sure order again

Some of the workers dont have a good attitude some of the workers are so helpful and kind , go atleast once a week

Drive Through Costa made us queue for 45 minutes (2:30pm to 3:15pm) to then be told "we're closing now as Manager has a family emergency so you will have to 'Take out' even though we wanted to Dine in! fantastic member of staff put a table outside for me and fetched a couple of chairs for me with a great big smile on her face.Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Lovely staff. Drinks always done perfectly. Can't fault them. Some of the staff deserve recognition because they are so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend. Always come here on work breaks.
