Had a good stay, room was well equipped and warm. Food downstairs was well priced and quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a touch pricey perhaps, but would stay again !

Both stayed and ate/drank there. Both good value. Slightly north of the town near a large park and convenient for the impressive Haigh Parkland. Went to a rugby game and overall enjoyed my visit. Would stay again. Nice to have on-site parking.
Cheap and cheerful.
Pretty standard room but has everything you need for a night away. Only issue for me was the beds are quite hard and I had a restless night due to this as a softer bed is what I prefer.
As a guest you get free parking, but the car park is relatively small and as its part of a pub
The car park, which used to be part of the premises, is now operated by an independent contractor.
Make sure you follow the instructions carefully because you could, inadvertently, land yourself with a hefty fine.
It's the one point that ruins this pub for me.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The rooms as very clean with plenty of towels. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and warm in this cold weather.
