Absolutely lovely staff here. Very happy to help and friendly....Really hope you appreciate the work these people do and don't treat them like just a number. The staff make the store, don't forget that Cafe Nero!
Big shout out to the 2 staff on Sunday 11/6/23 friendly and helpful with every customer, even though it was a Very Busy morning. Great example of exceptional Customer Service even getting someone a bowl of water for their dog.Hope your boss recognises how hard you work !
Didn't eat here but had my usual coffee..nice staff, good coffee.
Was unfortunately running out of oat milk. But we're beyond apologetic. Much more friendly than my usual coffee spot in Brighton. Definitely be back on next visit
Pop in not been before always gone to Costa coffee I was surprised with taste aroma it was good the place was busy staff were great yes I will be going again
Brilliant place to have a coffee, relaxed and chilled environment with friendly staff.
I didn't have food, just go for the coffees but still great.
Went in today again as usual 27.06.2023 the staff always go above and beyond.

Absolutely love this store. I would give the service 10 stars if I could. The staff are friendly and down to earth and literally never stop most of the time! It's so busy! Granted I go in almost everyday but the staff know exactly what I want every time!

First visit for me didn't order food so can't comment but the drinks were great the staff were so friendly and chatty made you feel like I was a regular..

Nice coffee shop, nice atmosphere and great for people watching. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that they are always very slow at clearing the tables.
I prefer this place to Starbucks or Costa the staff are friendly and the shop is well appointed even if a bit too small. It does get very busy at times. There's an outside "Terrace" as well if the weather permits (OK, OK, OK it's actually 4 or so tables and chairs chucked out on the pavement!). But
Went in Caffè Nero today, Pearl our whippet was more than welcome too. Really friendly staff and good coffee dog friendly, what more could you ask for. 👍 👍 👍
I didn't have food, the coffee was great. Not been to a cafe Nero for a while so it surprised me when I was charged an extra 10p for a decaff!
As the only Big Coffee house store left in the town centre it's getting used more now than it ever has been. However, still a very pleasant visit to be had, and the staff are just simply superb. Never a bad Coffee to be had at this branch - they truly love making good coffee.
