Only just discovered this chippy after years of living in neighbouring village. Its absolutely fab! Portions good sizes, chips are really good and you can sit inside and eat as they have a few tables inside. Friendly service too.

I really like the owner. He has always been fair with me as i have rather awkward needs with my food (very few chips and a ton of peas!). I think one of the staff has a slight issue with me, but all other staff are lovely. I will tell you this. I know it appears expensive but chippy supplies change daily. I know the chap owning this chippy does his best on prices and I do not blame him

Nice chippy, excellent battered cod, a tad pricey but that's what the current economic climate warrants sadly. Cash only unfortunately but there's plenty of ATM's around if need be. Limited parking outside the busy traffic area. I'll definitely call again.

I like this place for a quick chippy tea. Parking nearby. Staff are friendly and the food is always hot and plentiful. Prices are good but they unfortunately only take cash which can be a pain if your calling in on spec, but I suppose its near enough to the cashpoint at Co-op to remedy that...

If you want a chips and Gravy this place is probably the best for it. I havent tried anything else from it as Im working and only have time for something small. But my god. Ive worked in alot of places from Lancaster, to Whitchurch. From BlackPool to Leeds. And I always grab a chippy dinner if I can. This is probably the best.

It's not blow your mind best chips ever it's good enough but most importantly unlike other chippys in the local area it's open most of the time you can always rely on them to be open until a decent hour. I would prefer them to accept card payments but there is a cash machine a couple of minutes walk away so no great hardship just a little bit strange especially given the current situation.

It's one of the best chippy's in Standish from by experience however it can be hit and miss with quality, One day you might get the best hot chippy you've ever had and the other you could get a underwhelming warm chippy. The prices are decent along with the quantity you get with it 1 large normally does 2 or 3 of us along with a pie, I recommend the meat and potato 😁 Overall its a good chippy and would say it ranks top 3 on my go to chippy's in Standish 👍😋

Solid quality chippy, reasonable prices. Reliable and consistently good food. This is certainly a go-to takeaway in Standish
