I highly recommend this place! Great atmosphere with friendly service. The chairs are the exact chairs we had in classrooms in school in America. The food was the best American food I have since moving to the UK....17 years ago. I wholly recommend this place. My favourites are the Alabama wing sauce, jalapeño poppers, pulled pork, double stuffed cheeseburger and of course the amazing catfish! Next time I must leave room for dessert though! Oh the pretzel bun on the burger was an very nice touch. Thank you to kitchen staff and serving staff for making us feel very welcomed and looked after. Hats off to the chef for making such delicious food and giving me a much needed taste of home when I have been so home sick. ���
We booked here for a family meal for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Well recommend here for small occasions we had the whole room (top floor) to ourselves. Staff made us feel very welcome and food was great nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for giving us a lovely chilled out evening.
We go to Martys for food and cocktails on a regular basis, we love it, its one of the only bars in Wigan that has this atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, the service, even when it packed, is always great and the food always hot, fresh and delicious.
Would highly recommend it to both locals and visitors to the town.
Sunday lunch ...we went for set menu beef and chicken which after the starter platter was more than enough. Tasted great.
Oh and service was excellent. Would go back anytime
Been here several times and the service has always been fantastic and the food delicious. Tonight we went as a rowdy group of 20, understandably a couple of the meals were a little later than the rest and the staff were brilliant. Without any of us complaining they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary drinks. We love coming here for our celebrations and would recommend to anyone.
Candy cotton cocktails were to die for. Great atmosphere, gorgeous food too and excellent customer service.
Service was excellent nothing was too much for the staff... All eight of us thought the food was exceptional.

Visited Saturday evening with a friend , food was amazing great ambience and our server was great helped us to choose , can't wait to visit again.
Tried the new menu yesterday, which was excellent. Plenty new choice, which we will be back to sample. Always a really nice atmosphere. I would say this is my favourite bar in town. The staff and owners should be proud of what they are achieving.

Went to Marty.s bar last night with my 2 daughters and grandaughter for a birthday meal and cocktails which was very good and to add to it the tribute to Elvis came on. He was hilarious had us rolling in laughter Top night all round xx

My experience here is a good experience the staff where extremely friendly and had a sense of humour the food was impecable the service is very good its great for going out for a birthday or a special occasion would 100 percent reccomend
