The standard of food was excellent way above expectations for a local pub. Mark is an excellent chef , passionate with exciting ideas to extend the menu. The staff were warm, attentive and welcoming. The deserts were exceptional and finished the evening perfectly.

A really nice pub. The new owners have done an amazing job redecorating the inside and it has made it a really friendly and warm place to have a drink. There is a fantastic beer garden outside and little bit of history dotted all around the place.

Menus was good if a little short on choices but all sounded good. Mine was very tasty too. Lemon cheese cake was deep and delicious. The young lady serving was charming
