We turned up around 10 minutes before the place opened and the staff were happy to let us in instead of having to wait outside.
The menu has a good range of food to choose from. The prices we thought were fair and the portion size was very good.
We could not park inside the car park as it was full
Visited, first time, on way home from Liverpool airport - found it via a quick google.
Parking was OK and then we entered. The place itself feels like a throwback to the 1980s, as if time has stood still. I am not being negative with this statement it's just how it is.

Wonderfully tasty food. Great atmosphere, busy place which means the food is good. Great value for the price, lots of parking and very attentive staff. I have been here many times.
Love this place, Tristan and all his staff are great, the food is amazing
The decor is quite tired however don't let this put you off as the food is gorgeous. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. My son won't let us go anywhere else now.
First time here nice value for decent sized meal
Food was great, was nice being able to sit down and enjoy a meal!
The only downside I would say is that the entrance and stairs going up looked a bit shabby, wasn't entirely sure there was a restaurant at the location at first.
Still though, nice food, look forward to going again.

These guys were fantastic last night. We were running late due to taxis but once arrived we weren't rushed and were able to still order 3 courses. The service was great and the food excellent. Our return taxi was also late but with the weather being bad they stayed late so we didn't get soaked outsi

Had the most delicious £18 banquet, can honestly say that everything was cooked to perfection. Great selection of food and they didn’t even mind us changing the main course. We actually ended up taking half the main home because we were so full!! I only wish we’d visited this place sooner. Really is

If I could give this place 10 stars then I would. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building. We avoided eating here for 12 years because we judged the book by its cover. But when another restaurant that we were going to visit turned out to be closed, we looked at the reviews for the chi-nar g

Didn't know this place existed! Hidden gem. Food excellent. Staff all really friendly. Highly recommended. It deserves a try if nothing else! Decor could do with a bit of updating, but the food more than makes up for it!!
