It did not escape our attention that this place is incredibly clean - well done to management for keeping on top of it.
Food was great, excellent value and staff were friendly.
We will return.
Took a friend with dementia and the staff were wonderful and helpful. Not in a condescending way but so lovely and caring. Both the server and chef.
Great "home cooked" meal...
We weren't headed here but our usual place was closed. The breakfast was well presented, fresh and hot. Staff helped inform about allergens and also did some really nice vegetarian sausages. I will be back, it was good value, exceeded expectations.
It was a particularly very busy Tuesday evening with a 50% promotion voucher and the service from Luke and the chefs where amazing considering how many customers they had.

Ordered on the. JUST EAT App food was hot, delivered quickly, didn't get the pigs in blankets and only 3 small pieces of meat..
The fact that it was all hot and lots of the other stuff made up for lack of meat, but when you pay for extra meat I think it's only right you get your moneys worth.
Nice place to eat. Very over priced on a Sunday. Never have swede or sprouts. On my last visit the gravy was like brown water which is very disappointing.
Lovely carvery with the family. Quickly shown our seats and drinks brought straight over while we went to go and get some food. Table service was excellent. Lovey atmosphere and staff were friendly and welcoming.
Most Toby Carvery's are very good but I guess we visited this one on a not-so-good day as the carrots weren't cooked properly, they were hard so we didn't eat them!! Otherwise the rest of the food was all good, the drinks, service and atmosphere were also good.
On arrival a waitress was asked to show us to our table for 5 people and she slammed a tray down on the bar stomped to where the table was then stomped off ! Another waitress came who had long black hair and was amazing !! Thankyou to this lady so much for looking after us we had an autistic child w
Busy but served quickly, food plentiful and fresh - although Yorkshires were a bit crispy š Nice pub, clean and didnāt feel cramped even though was busy.

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff bent over backwards to make it a very enjoyable visit (I had food and non alcoholic drinks).
I would recommend to anyone staying in the area (eg at the Travelodge across the road, where I'll sleep tonight).
