Staff good, shop is fine, just sometimes the queue is so long
Staff are very friendly, service is quick and the food always great and piping hot. Would definitely recommend. Coffee is decent too.

Nothing beats a Gregg's on a cold day, miss the fondant ring doughnuts during the pandemic but at least the favourites are still there!

Cheep food on the go just to grab a snack or sit down for a coffee staff are amazing and they were very polite

Always a good selection available and this store has recently been refurbished and offers seating inside and outside.
