Exquisite lunch at the pub, food was very delicious. A really great place to come and spend a lovely afternoon. Big parking at the back, beautiful beer garden. Definitely recommend
What an amazing pub
Went there 6 months ago, and I can’t remember a better pub I went to. Food was amazing. We had a chat with the owner and he was so nice. And by the fire place…. Oh my god I loved it !
A fantastic Sunday lunch. Delicious food and great selection of beers. We were looked after by the most attentive friendly staff. A nostalgic day as we used to live opposite the pub and had my first job there too many years ago
Had a family meal here and everything was wonderful. The Landlord is very attentive and helpful. The food was better than many restaurants we have been to. All set in a lovely village, with well kept beer and pretty garden. Treat yourself and give this pub a visit

Friendly atmosphere with brilliant staff. An always changing selection of amazing real ales and incredible food! The huge fireplace makes it cosy in winter and the big garden is great in the summer. One of my favourite ever pubs! Had a wonderful roast dinner here this afternoon!

Exceptional Sunday roast! Roast pork and beef are the best around. Plus, the Cauliflower Cheese is delicious. Prices were good, and the service and friendliness were spectacular. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely village pub with garden about 20 min drive from Stansted airport by car. The Landlord came out to meet us personally and all the service staff were very nice.
Very polite helpful staff. Very clean and quaint pub. Lovely outside and inside and friendly customers.what more can you ask for ? They do serve meals but had already eaten.
