Such a great shop and beautiful inside. The lady who was in was so friendly. Would have love to buy more but so much choice. Trinkets to home made honey and candles. Paintings to vintage cameras. And a lovely cafe on site too
A fantastic use of a heritage building. Great choice of shops ,crafts and vintage. Something for everyone a real must of your in the area.
Lovely antique centre in an old mill with many rooms over two floors. Hundreds of items to look at. It also has a nice cafe which makes lovely tea and sandwiches amongst other things. The cakes looked delicious. Great place.
Chesapeake Mill is a lovely place to visit, it's an antique centre in a beautiful mill building. A great variety of antiques, furniture, pottery, tiles, paint, jewellery books, and so much more.
Plus, a lovely coffee shop selling cakes, breakfasts, light lunches, and the most glorious coffee. It would be nice if the seating area was larger, but that's the nature of the building.
The nearest parking is round the corner in the station car park, it has 2 electric charging points and a river walk too. It's a small parking area so if full you can park in the centre of Wickham, which is only 5 minute walk away.
It's a great place to visit and is a firm favourite.
Lovely People,Lovely Things,Amazing Coffee Stop! Well Worth a Visit, has so much to offer.
Good place to Poole around and in also look at the inside of the mill. There is a small room describing the history of they place. It was mostly under scaffold outside when i was there. The river runs beside it as you would expect and there is a dipping hole where villages could get water which in getting of the mill.
I watched alot of people coming to look for a table and then walking away as there wasn't room..
Suggestion....
Maybe on weekends move the stock for sale and set up more tables.
So much money walking out the door.
The food was lovely staff were nice !
A lovely old mill that houses lots of antiques and collectables. The cafe is very good and their cakes are great. Not very wheelchair friendly but it would be difficult to convert this beautiful old building.
Weird and wonderful eclectic collection of vintage, antique and obscure collectibles over two floors of an old mill. Café is cozy above the water. Dog friendly. There is one disabled parking bay but the mill is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the building.
Love it! Always find something nice there. Lovely tearoom too!
Great place, lots of rooms, two floors, something for everyone plus a tea room.
Two lovely ladies that run it were so kind they even lent us an umbrella because it was chucking it down
My tip is there is hardly any parking so nip round the corner and park for free in the station car park, all of 2 minute walk.
What a fab place to shop. Something for everyone. Lots of wonderful items and styles.
One of my favourite places, you can always find something unusual for the home or as a gift. The cafe is really nice they do lovely cakes. All staff are friendly and make you feel welcome
Brilliant breakfast tea tray, with lots of tea?
One of the best afternoon teas I've had. Great selection for vegetarians and scrummy cakes. Always too much to eat so end up taking a Bix of cakes home. Definitely worth a visit and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.
A treasure trove! Could have spent hours browsing. Lovely old fashioned cafe. Fascinating history - the building's timbers come from and are named after a frigate.
Need to get your timing right to manage to get a table, dog friendly, reasonable price, quirky place tolook round
A wonderful place to get lost, and nosey around the wonderful quirky bric-a-brac as well and some more contemporary offerings too.
The Crumbs Tearoom is an absolute must stop for a cuppa tea and slice of cake.
Open 7days a week. What a lovely little find.
