Incredible food and amazing service. The naan kebabs are fantastic and we like the tandoori and Mediterranean chicken best. The fish and chips are also premium. I moved to Whittington a couple of months ago and the fish and chips here are excellent. Staff are friendly, the shop is modern and super-clean, and most importantly the food is superb! Highly recommended :)
Hands down best chippy around. Can’t believe some of the negative reviews on here. Always friendly staff and food consistently good. People moaning about waiting for food well a busy chippy surely means a good one and you can phone through the order beforehand if you’ve got no patience to wait.

Curry sauce and peas are made correctly. The menu clearly displays vegetarian items. Lots to choose from, all the chip shop classics.

Nice large portions, I feel nice and full. After being let down by the other chip shops in the area due to their child portions, I thought id give this one a go. Proper large chips, proper large fish in a proper chippy brown bag, the plate at home was overflow.. that's what I call a decent fish and

The Whittington Fish Bar is the best fish & chip shop in the oswestry area, by far. Aswell as F&C there's a choice of 3 different flavoured meat kebabs including, your original lamb kebab on the upright skewer, a chicken& spicy chicken option, you have burgers pies sausages all the traditional sides
