Being honest, I only use M&S for its Gluten Free, as the next nearest place is Tesco’s, so it’s ideal when shopping in Aldi. Everything else in there is just expensive or in my eyes, over priced. Excellent for a quick visit or to buy the weekly shop The isles are stocked full at all times and prices are clearly priced. The staff are friendly,polite,helpful and courteous. The interior is clean and tidy I have and will continue, to recommend to family,friends and colleagues. Thank you to all.
The store is well laid out with wide aisles, very light and airy store. It's well stocked and great variety. It has a lovely café which does great light lunches and a good selection of cakes and a good coffee. Staff a friendly and helpful.
Very odd place to have an upmarket food hall. In between two cut price shops. Usually 9/10 empty. Good selection of ready meals. Staff friendly though thry do not have hygene training. Eh I coughs into their sleeve and then handles packets of food? The tellers do

I love Marks. Sadly our Whitstable one is really tiny and a bit low on vegan stuff, and the Whitstable vegan contingent is growing rapidly amongst the young - not the elderly, they'll keep eating meat and having heart attacks. But the fruit and vegetable offerings here are great. Looking forward to

Visited Whitstable M&S Simplyfood. Good hygiene although customers seemed unaware of need to socially distance. Managed to get light up Gin Snow Globes which was reason for visit. Used café and again hygiene good.
