We always go for the bacon and brie sandwiches followed by a slice of their homemade Victoria sponge cake both are excellent and so are the staff. And too top it off the dog can come along too!

We have been visiting Tea and Times for about 15 years going 4-5 times a year. Consistency is perfect every time. Thank you Lesley and the team.

Very nice little place. The service and atmosphere were good. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and drinks. They were reasonably priced and excellent quality. The cakes looked lovely but we were too full after the sandwiches to try them. A good excuse to go back

We stopped in there to grab a sandwich while we waited for our dog to finish his groom. A gentleman and his son moved seats so that we could sit at a table. The service was really good, friendly staff and I noticed they offer gluten free, that will come in handy next time I have my other son with me. The sandwich was freshly made, I had a BLT and the bacon was still warm. Next time, I may try some cake.

Great menu but limited. It's just Tea & Times with friends and loved ones. Cosy place and staff are helpful and pay attention to details. Staff do not rush customers and are eager to oblige including the owner. The place could greatly benefit from staff coming round and checking if customers (are OK) don't need anything else. For instance, I needed more coffee but had to leave my table go to the counter and place my order. There more than 16 seats upstairs. This could do with waiting staff. The toilets hand wash sink could do with a larger one. The toilets are exiguous. They don't do chips. What? No chips I said. I will go back anytime.

Had a great lunch at Tea & Times! You can make any sandwich a jacket potato or bowl. My dirty chai was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a great buzzing community atmosphere. Def recommend!

As soon as you walk in the music and staff are really welcoming. We ordered chicken & bacon sandwich & prawns with avocado..wow and what sandwiches they were! We intended trying some of the amazing cakes on offer but were too full! Highly recommend and shall return.

I don't normally splurge £8 on a sandwich, but the sun went to my head. What would I get? Toppings scraped on and off, a limp piece of lettuce on supermarket bread? Hell no. A sandwich four adult fingers thick and absolutely worth every penny. Happy days indeed.

This deserves a better rating overall than it has. Delicious food and coffee. Very popular on a Saturday at lunchtime.

For the first time I stayed for lunch, jacket potato and coronation chicken. It was delicious, lovely flavours, oven baked potato with salad on the side. Really good value.

We had an excellent breakfast, served by attentive staff. Sadly had to mark it down, as it didn't advertise that dogs were allowed and my hubby's allergic to them.

Called into this little jem. Polite and friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. Never mind all the lush other cakes just do the apple crumble cake with custard whipped in the middle ps don't share it with anyone tell them to get their own

Would never spend this much on a sandwich but in the case you get what you pay for. Best sandwich I have ever had. Brie and bacon for me. Lovely atmosphere with a arty feel. Service was very slow but what the hell I was in no rush.. great little find recommended by my Animed customers round the corner..

Gorgeous old fashioned meeting place. It has wooden floors , window seats, a larger upstairs area with larger tables. Food is delicious, excellent sandwiches etc. Superb cakes that taste as good as they look! Today I had a lovely latte and a slice of Apple Crumble Cake......delicious!! I should have taken a photograph but I was too busy eating it...must go back again tomorrow and buy another slice so you can see what I mean, I will post a photo...lol. Another great bit.....you can take your well behaved dogs in here.....what more could you want....😊

Tea and Times? That's it, we do want a cup of tea. So in we went. Very friendly staff. Upstairs we found this high seating bench, with a good view of all the other visitors. This establishment also serves European tea (bags on the side), yeah!! And we ordered scones. My oh my, the best scones we had during our one-week break in Kent, hands down. Not dry, tasteful, and with nice clotted cream and jam. Later that week we really craved for more scones, but all were a disappointment after the scones of Tea and Times. Be warned!
