Working alone for a short time as the shop opened there was a queue to the door, Adam was professional yet friendly and so calm. This Costa Coffee site is within the shopping arcade in Whitley Bay and is always a busy one, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they also have a great rapport with their clientele, it is always a pleasure to come in and be greeted with a smile!!

Nice coffee and food. I ordered a Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Tiffin... The only thing that let it down was the dirty cutlery, but I didn't use it anyway

Staff here are always really friendly and helpful even on the busiest days. Tables are cleared very quickly and the place is always kept spotless. Overall a lovely place for a coffee and quick bite to eat.
