We go back to this Indian restaurant each time we come to Whitley Bay. The food is excellent, extremely tasty and well presented.
It's a little gem. Well worth a visit, very varied menu. The staff are helpful and considerate. We have always enjoyed our visits here. Thank you.
Extremely tasty food, I had all the garlic specials. Chapattis were fresh & soft.

Extensive menu with lots of dishes I hadn't seen before.
Service was spot on.
Music varied from my preferred trad Asian music to some iffy rap stuff.

Don't let the flashy lights and facades of the other places draw you in! This place had great food with big portion sizes for the price and very good hospitality. A food hygiene rating of 5 as opposed to the flashy places with only 3's! Great vegetarian and vegan options as well as meat courses. Hig

Took my family to the Whitley Bay Tandoori restaurant last night and they all loved it and would definitely return, we all complimented how delicious the food was, we had a lovely night. Amed and staff were great.

Got a takeaway, lamb was out of this world. Words can’t describe how good the curry was, but numbers can and it was 10/10. Lovely food and brilliant staff. Young man (sarwar I believe his name was) is a credit to your place.
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal tonight. Meal was 1st class. Very nice, fresh and hot. This restaurant never disappoints. Well worth a visit and very reasonably priced. 5stars from us. 😍
I ate here in August 2021. Most of the customers in this restaurant are locals who come here regularly. That's very different to the ones at the seafront that rely on tourists and day-trippers. My veg jalfrezi was excellent, with a rich mix of flavours. Friendly staff. Very highly recommended.
Every few months we hire the whole place out. They serve and manage a large crowd really well. The food is pretty good too. Would be nice of they had a cider on tap but plenty of bottle selection.
Delicious food, much better than other Indian cuisine available in whitley bay. The restaurant is a little tired looking and could do with a bit of a makeover although it's always spotlessly clean. Staff are very nice, always make you feel very welcome and can't do enough for you. Will keep going he
