Booked a table for the 2 for 1 on Friday night, was very impressed with the golden crispy batter on a massive beautiful piece of white fish with homemade chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce. Absolute yum. Great service by all staff, keep up the great work...a gem as a place for meal in a superb location looking out over Whiting Bay

Great food, visited several times and never had a bad meal. Can highly recommend the fish & chips Friday offer, great selection of gins and the best cream tea scone in Whiting Bay. Staff are very friendly and offer a great service.

We had dinner at Felicity's as my birthday treat. The food was delicious, especially the seabass and creme brulee yum! The service was excellent considering it was so busy, Shane could not do enough for us. Shane and Susie are definitely an asset working at Felicity's. Service is with a cheery smile and nothing is too much for them. I would definitely recommend Felicity's for delicious food with friendly staff who provide a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

By far the best bar/restaurant on this beautiful island and brilliant staff with tom at the helm and of course Shane who cannot do enough for you and of course the other members of staff too who are great. The pizza is the best pizza we have tasted cooked to perfection and a wide range of gins now ☺. Do you happen to have the lost and found page for aaran guys as I lost my wedding ring in the searly and cannot seem to find the page anywhere!! Cheers guys and see you very soon rosco and Jacqueline x

Fabulous place. Great ambience, good choice of food & drinks (also pretty reasonably priced). The real jewel in the crown is the staff - all of them were fantastic and couldn’t have been more attentive (without being intrusive) and they were fabulous with kids & adults alike....even the adult kids :) Ended up being in 3 times in the week, including the magnificent quiz night, and will frequent again next year during our annual jaunt to Arran. Top marks. Loved it.

It's now our local and even more attractive now that the shurig is open again. Had the delicious stone bas, polenta chips and pak Choi which was outstanding. Service is friendly and professional. Pool table is a winner.

Staying locally in the month of October, The Shurig was the only place serving food opened whilst we stayed in Whiting Bay (we ate here on the first night of thr week they opened - a Wednesday). We received lovely friendly service and decent pub style food in this understanbly busy restaurant.

Really nice food, is the best food I ate on Isle of Arran. Nice location, next to the sea. Definitely I will come back for a romantic dinner with my husband.

Cracking little pub with an excellent downstairs bar that shows football. Pool table aswell. One of the few if only places in Arran that shows football.

Food was gorgeous! All four of us absolutely loved our meals. Starters of grilled prawns, haggis nachos and pate were all a hit. Mains of chicken and steak were great, with both steaks cooked perfectly (rare and medium-rare). Service was excellent, friendly but professional and the place itself was attractive and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service! Delicious food! Great location. What more do you need? Well, we hadn't booked, the place was rammed, they were dealing with all the covid rules brilliantly, and delivered the food to our motorhome parked along the road a bit. How's that for service??? Bloody marvellous!

Food was fantastic!! Dined inside with no alcohol due to Covid Restrictions. Quality and variety was perfect. Two specials also available. I had pulled chilli beef with Nachos. Highly recommend it. Staff were amazing. Very attentive and chatty. Overall this was a GREAT experience. We will definitely be back. Good value too!!

Very good place to eat, with reasonable prices. The 10oz steak at £16 is good value all round NOT entirely dog friendly, dog's only allowed at the outside garden tables which isn't feasible in bad weather. Ate here twice, steak both times, and both times we asked for medium rare and never got it so the kitchen staff may not be the most experienced but unless you are overly fussy it's not too big a deal. Overall a nice place at Whiting Bay with a lovely view of the sea.
