Attended the diner in Whiteley with friends late at night when they were just about to close. We only wanted dessert, and despite closing, the waitress welcomed us into the diner without hesitation. It’s the little things like this that make me remember a place to eat and make me want to return. Thank you!
One of the most delicious burgers I’ve had. Amazing atmosphere, really nice staff and delicious food. Definitely will return.
Nice re fit from the old deans diner. Feels relaxed. Staff were welcoming. Refillable drink was a nice addition. Burger and chips with 2 sides was nice, lovely burger and well cooked. £13 for nice food was ok in my book. Free parking. Toilets are clean but I was child free so didn't check the baby facilities.
We went a couple of weeks ago, and had the combo meal between two of us (2 x burgers, 2 x fries and 12 chicken wings) for £24.99... Filled us both up and we both have BIG appetites!
Quality of food was very good, and good atmosphere.
All I can say is wow. We showed up fairly late on Saturday evening where only one other table was occupied. The lovely lady working that evening made us laugh, and didn’t seem at all phases that we turned up close to 9pm.
Three of us ordered bottomless soft drinks, which were refilled without even asking before the original had been finished!
Food was stunning, staff were superb and the restaurant was great. Will be returning for sure!
Great food for a great price. It is one of the taste card restaurants so it was even cheaper for us! Halloumi fries were amazing, loved the pomegranates and sauce on them.
Delicious burger and corn on the cob! I was stuffed and didn't manage to eat it all! Highly recommended here for a good burger as a treat
Very useful for a meal at odd time because other restaurants tend to have chefs working to limited timetables. One wee advice - no point having signboard outside advertising happy hour of discounts. One burger and one drink that's all. No one will bother with that.
Meals are amazing and the diner is very nice and you can see what's being cooked.
We've been a couple of times for lunch, the burgers are very good and reasonably priced with the offers. This time the restaurant was a bit busy and the two waitresses (who were both helpful) took a while to get round everyone which was the only downside. The kids meal for £6.50 was good value too.
Came here because of a Groupon deal. Good solid American comfort food. The decorum is appropriate for the style of restaurant. Feels like a 'burger joint'.
Was rather impressed with the food. I'd say it's fairly priced for what it is and represents good value for money. It tasted fresh and I found it delicious. The food did take half an hour to arrive; my wife had them prepare a special request so that's fair enough.
It's family friendly and kids are welcome. I have to say I was impressed with the patience of the staff as my two and a half year old wrecking ball son gave me the run around. They employ good people.
I give five stars. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid burger and chips.

I went here on a Friday night. It was not too busy with the tables nicely spaced and music not too loud so I could have a decent conversation with my partner.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. My drink was refilled promptly and by which ever wait staff saw that it was empty and the waitress was very patient with us when we had a few problems with our 'taste card' (2 for 1 on meals so we saved £13 for a 2 course meal!).
Both me and my partner enjoyed the food, we had the pulled pork burger and a deep south burger. As the place is a diner so we were both expecting to eat burgers, they did have other items on the menu though, just not as varied as other places. However, as it is a 'diner' I do not think that they need to vary the food too much. We both really enjoyed our starters and my partner loved her alcoholic milkshake.
I do not usually tip as I think that good service should be encouraged and rewarded by the management in order to get repeat customers and good reviews. However I was happy to make an exception for this place due to the staff!
We ordered pulled pork burgers, house fries and sides which were delicious but the burgers were a little on cold side. They were returned without question and replaced.
Whilst we were waiting for our replacements the manager gave us complimentary fries and offered us a free dessert, he refilled my coke before I had to ask.
Fantastic service, great food, warm and friendly staff; lovely atmosphere we will definitely be coming back! 🌟
I really don't understand why this restaurant has only 3 star?!?! Right I know this place isn't good, but it's amazing. Although I have only been here once, but the food was delicious and was made in lightning speed and served quickly. The decor is very nice, vary spacy room so doesn't feel claustrophobic. The pricing was great, 26 pounds for a whole rack of ribs, two burgers; which were massive, and two sides of chips. Service was also amazing. The only thing that bugged me a out this place was the toilets, of course being very unpleasant. Also the drinks were quite expensive. But over all this place is somewhere you must try!
What’s not to like? Eating out is great fun and if something isn’t quite right It can spoil the occasion. We had a small issue with our meal and once mentioned we were treated like family. The manager couldn’t do enough to ensure our experience was first class. I can not speak highly enough about this warm friendly place. It’s going to be our new regular haunt.
A very reasonably priced place. Food was nice enough, the kids really enjoyed their menu choices and the activity sheet they were given. We went late afternoon mid week and it was empty. Service was a little slow and we kept having to go our of our way to find a member of staff. But it's a comfy restaurant with good value food
Staff could be a bit more grateful for custom off young people. Found that other people (older) were getting served before us even though we was there before .. only orderd two burgers and chips. But other than that the food is amazing and the milkshakes are to die for.
We came here for brunch. The atmosphere is lovely, not too busy. The food was good portion sizes, and the milkshakes were very nice. Would definitely visit again.
