Mcdonald's - Whitehaven - Photo album

OK. So today I'm doing something I wasn't expecting to be doing. Yesterday evening, in a torrid plight of indecision, I decided to call out (reach out, really, looking forwards) for a Big Mac having decided firmly never to have another because of a beef I have with no sauce on the top of the patties
Sitting outside with a dog, the staff came out and asked if they could get the dog some water, while the one staff member was getting the water, another asked the same. So pleased that they took the time to look after everyone, including the dog.
Can't fault the food or service. Good quality and quick service.
Typical McDonald’s, typically is better than the Workington branch (Faster Service, Nicer Food, Milkshake’s available more often, etc), drive through does feature a fairly tight turn but shouldn’t be an issue to most drivers.
It was okay, The only issue I had was a member of staff coming up to me, I had my headphones in and didn't see him until he was walking off then I took out a headphone and heard him saying to a manager "I've told him" but I've no idea what I was told.
Good service overall, however chicken nuggets were cold. It's always hit or miss regarding the heat of the meal, but I can't deny the food is still lovely. Service can be slow, only due to the busyness of the store at times.
Good food, served hot, very quick collection.
Drive through very busy food cold when I got home 5 mins later
Used click and collect for our tea on Friday. Food ready shortly after I arrived and was piping hot. Service from the team member was spot on. Had double mcplant burger and was really tasty. Definitely have again.
I find the quality of the meal to be very hit and miss. I only really get a breakfast from Mcdonalds, but they are normally either very dry or very greasy. It's rare to get something in between. However, the taste is generally good and I've never had one that's put me off. Ordering from the drive
