This is a great little pub with wonderful food and good drinks. Staff are friendly and chatty. Prices are quite reasonable. I very much enjoyed spending a few hours here.

Dropped in here as we were passing and glad we did. Friendly staff and good food at really reasonable prices. We had rump steak and a steak pie. Both very nice with excellent chips and a little crunchy salad. Beer was good too. If we were in the area again we would eat here again.

Good value - don't like to grumble about too much food. But be warned masses of mash and roasties was too much carbs for me. Rest was spot on.

Excellent well prepared meals, had Sunday roast, great value, really enjoyed it and the rhubarb crumble for pudding

Fantastic meal and service. Portion sizes a little on the big size and they forgot my salad & coleslaw but I didn't realise until I was half way through my meal.

A small village pup that has really put in the effort to offer a good service. The atmosphere was great and it's not everyday you meet the person who shot the feasent you're eating. Fantastic place, I look forward to coming back.
