I would recommend calling to book rather than the website, I was able to get an earlier table this way. The food was really nice and very reasonably priced. Slight issue with the booth we were in as the waiter would lean over rather than come to the side. All in all that was the only issue, a lovely night and recommended. Friendly welcoming staff.

Great food, friendly staff, plenty of parking and a relaxed but comfortable setting. It was a little chilly when we first arrived but we were there as soon as the restaurant opened and it soon warmed up. The portions were generous but never excessive so you were left nicely filled and not bloated. We had the set three course menu which was incredibly reasonable especially given the quality, presentation and tastiness of the food. We will definitely be visiting Amore again.

We came here yesterday evening for dinner. First impressions were very good. We were greeted promptly and sat at our table. Food was fantastic. We decided to go tapas style with a selection of starters as our main course. The food is well presented and delicious. Good menu choices too. The only bad thing is when we arrived the man who greeted us didn't make eye contact with us as he said hello he didn't look at us until around 10 seconds later. My wine was served in a gin glass.which I found odd as our table was set with wine glasses. There was three tables taken in the restaurant when we arrived. 2 tables of 2 and a party of 6. We were seated between two tables who were quite loud, for the majority of the Monday evening, So, it was a little bit uncomfortable for a couple on a date night. Other than this the food was perfect and the restaurant is stunning and very cosy. We will definitely return again soon.

Always welcoming and accommodating. Great Sunday roast (two courses for £16.95). Mid week food is lovely too. Have been here over 10 times and never had a bad experience. Can highly recommend.

Ordered a pizza to pick up from Amore and it was amazing! Stonebaked and a decent amount of toppings! Would highly recommend this place. Staff are absolutely lovely; so welcoming and appreciative of your custom. Will definitely return and hope others do too so we can support a fantastic local business. Go here once and you will return!

A new local gem. We have been to Amore a few times and never had a bad meal. Their pizzas or garlic bread is very tasty and has a great crust. Plus the pizzas are huge. Last time we got sea bass on a bed of samphire, which was crispy and well seasoned. We had the scallops and beef cheek which had a creamy sauce, one of the best things I have eaten for a while. The cocktails are very professional and the wine list is good.

Such great fresh Italian food! The artichoke soup has to be up there with one of our favourite dishes at Amore...their Pizza's are also very tasty and a good size. The service is always very pleasant and attentive.

Nice food nicely presented. We had a table booked for 5:30 and we just offered the Sunday special menu, not the full menu for some reason but we chose off that anyway. the food was very nice , good price. one drawback was a long wait between starter and main course.

Amore is a good example of a small restaurant, the service is brilliant maybe too many staff at some points and you get asked about your meal a little too often for my liking. The food is simple and nice, I usually stick to the pastas as to when I venture off this path to the pizzas they can be hit and miss.

Its quite rare when you go to a restaurant and you rate EVERY course from the starters, mains and desserts a 4 or 5 out of 5, this certainly was the case at Amore. Even the wines we chose were superb too. Definitely coming back at some point!

Really good food and good prices. There is a bar if you want an alcoholic drink. Nice chilled atmosphere and we just went in and was seated. It's only a small venue so would advise booking in advance. Friendly polite staff and parking
