Great little place and hidden gem for both food. If staying over the rooms are clean and spacious and situated in a quiet street within the town. The food and service was great and even though I can be a fussy eater nothing was to much trouble. All staff are friendly and place welcoming- well worth a try. Look forward to returning.

A family visit to celebrate my brother's birthday and what else can I say apart from.....wow, the burgers are huge!!!!! If you go, I'd highly recommend you try one of them as you won't regret it. Very friendly staff and it's right next to the town center. Regret not taking some pictures of the burgers but believe me, they are the biggest I've ever seen!!

Visited Reubens BBQ yesterday with my wife and children for an early dinner. Service was amazing, female member of staff was full of smiles and couldn’t do enough for us. Ordered food and had a lovely chat with the member of staff about the menu and about their food challenge, sadly they’ve stopped doing it as i’d have given it a go 😁 Food arrived and to say we were amazed would be an understatement. Not only did the meals look great, they tasted even better with the meat melting in your mouth alongside the oozy cheese and hot sauce! All for great value and it’s safe to say we will 100% be going back there sooner rather than later!! 🍔 Only criticism we had was the location, we only found it as we used google maps. Maybe more signage on the high street would point more people in the right direction. Cannot comment on rooms as only visited the restaurant.

I can't rate the rooms as we just ate. Fantastic meal as always and the staff were friendly and helpful. Central location just off the high street. A firm favourite for food and reasonably priced despite the increases everywhere!

Came here last night for food with a friend. Arrived at 5pm just as it was opening so plenty to space, although we had booked Friendly service and very quick. We both had burgers and a drink. I had one of the combo meals and my friend had a quarter pounder with a side of fries. Both had a beer and the bill was under £40 Will definitely come back

Stayed 1 night due to my work in Whitchurch. Easy check in and check out system. Room was spacious, single beds easily made into king-size bed if needed. I was solo traveler yet still enjoy plenty space so that was great. All necessities for short stay + spoiled for hot drink on the room choice, biscuits and various other snacks. Fresh milk, cereals and proper coffee. I had a burger in the restaurant, was good, the place is based on burgers so plenty of choice on the menu. Also they have a longer cooking, serving hours on weekends till 10pm so you can get a meal if you are late arrival. Good position, straight in the center of the town. Parking opposite the restaurant and rooms but it is Pay & display exept Sunday. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will be happy to come back.

We know Whitchurch well but somehow had never visited Reubens!! All I can say is WOW we both agreed our burgers were the best we had ever had! The menu has lots of different combos plus chicken etc all sorts. Burgers were beautifully cooked really tasty and the flavours were divine. Even fussy hubby said best burger ever. We will be back. Thank you.

Bloody amazing food. Seems small, but so full of flavour. Good selection of beers too. Allowed us to take our small dog, and it's also child friendly. Lovely little place

Went to Reubens for the first time for my sons birthday tea. Very quiet for a week day (only us, table of 8!) Everyone enjoyed it, mains don’t come with a side, you pay extra for something of your choice. Nice staff and would go back again.
