My wife and I were in Whitby yesterday and paid a visit. I have to say that the service and food were excellent, but the real surprise was the price. Having declined to pay £5 for a portion of mushy peas, at a restaurant around the corner, we feared the worst, but needed something to eat / drink. Came across this place and would recommend to anyone. Great value for money and prices that haven't skyrocketed.
We went to The Tiffin on a dreary wet January weekend, totally washed out, and were impressed with the service. The food is cooked to order so it was very hot, and the bacon was lightly done as I'd asked. I hope business picks up for the place as they seem a friendly bunch & the food was excellent. Reasonably priced too.
Excellent really good service and staff good food and drink service really good to and great value. Clean place near to the harbour only few mins walk to town center. Good menu they desetve more praise and recognition. Highly recommended and i would like to come here again 5 stars
Well priced food cheapest we found in whitby and a decent coffee also well priced.

Mum likes it here we've been twice this week for cake and a cuppa nice clean cafe with chairs and tables outside.

Had a really tasty Sunday lunch,one of the best I've had.good selection of meats and veg large Yorkshire pudding and roastoes and mash.with lovely gravy.

Absolutely lovely place for breakfast in Whitby it's located in the middle of town and prices for food is really good staff are friendly and so are other people who dine here
We have drove down from Durham today and stopped of for a breakfast at the Tiffin we both chose the Tiffin breakfast with 8 items and a mug of tea we both thoroughly enjoyed it, it was served piping hot a nice clean filling good quality breakfast at a good price I would highly recommend calling in thanks Dawn and Andrew
