The Stiddy - Whitby - Photo album

If you want to find somewhere nice in or near Whitby for Sunday Roast this is the place, the food was unreal! The staff were very attentive and pleasant, they even made a special doggy roast for our collie Jake.
What a great find! Proper home cooked food which was absolutely delicious. Rare to get so many veggie and vegan options, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vegan wellingtons. Also dog friendly (our pooch was made to feel very welcome). Jane and Ellie were fantastic hosts. Would definitely recommend if yo
Delicious food - no issues for a coeliac- great understanding. The staff are very friendly too. I was even able to have gluten free beer on tap and they hand fed my dog his water (pampered pooch)! 🤣 My daughter enjoyed a gluten free pizza and the non gluten people had delicious sausages and burgers.
Ate here for a large family meal. Staff were incredibly friendly, going out of the way to make the children (and dog) feel very welcome and kept them entertained. Food and drink were fantastic, and the pub itself is lovely inside. Would 100% eat here again.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful explaining what the sauce that we had never seen before. It was made from lettuce, onion, vinegar and something
This was a fabulous pub who fell over themselves to help. I had my dog with me, and I also have very special dietary needs (keto) and they couldn't have been more helpful. They are the ultimate in dog friendly pubs, very friendly and happy staff, and happy to adapt the menu to meet my needs. Highly
