Abbey Wharf - Whitby - Photo album

Found this to be the best place for us to eat in Whitby with the dogs being allowed in. Lovely large open seating area with a great view over the harbour. Find a table and order at the bar or off the app, which was very easy to do! Fab food, hot, fresh and tasty! Plenty to choose from in the menu
Good fish n chips, good portion size 😋 nice inside very busy and hard to find tables when busy. Staff friendly can get alcohol and sift drinks. Good selection of food available. Clean and tidy inside staff very friendly
I had the lemon sole, my wife the scampi. The chips were excellent, crispy and soft inside, the batter was light and crispy too. The best fish I have had in a while. We came as it looked nice in the photos and also with it being dog friendly it looked perfect. It was! Lower level is dog friendly, me

Very busy so best to book if you want a table. Excellent choice of food and very tasty. Polite, efficient and friendly staff. Dogs also welcome which was good to see . Well recommended and have visited a few times .
The Abbey warf is a very popular place to get something to eat and drink. Its location near the Abbey Steps, the old town hall, and some excellent pubs make it a magnet for visitors. The food and drink are very good. There's a wide variety and some good vegetarian and vegan options.
The building is great, lighting is fantastic and great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. We ordered fish and chips for the family, I don't know why but the fish was really wet (all 4 meals) as a result it let the whole meal down. I will likley try other offerings but the fish is a no
Fish 10/10 Chips 6/10 ( think it's more down to supplier than who cooks them) Tea was 8/10. I don't think it was Yorkshire tea. (Probably PG or tetly. Bitter shandy 9/10 We'll go again.
Been here 3 times so far. We love it. Its dog friendly which is fab! The food is delicious, the waiting time for food has always been fast. The restaurant is very spacious & live that there is a balcony area as well as inside. Highly recommend!
