Love this Italian been a few times when staying in Whitby. This time on a Thursday in November and it was still busy so recommend booking. Young staff but all friendly, bubbly and helpful. Lovely lay out and nice atmosphere. Not cheap but good value and a decent menu with plenty of choice and specials. Highly recommended for good food and an excellent Italian meal.

Cosa Nostra from start to finish was first class. All the staff couldn't help enough. Great food, great service and excellent atmosphere

Absolutely thrilled with the experience. Loveliest staff we’ve ever encountered and the food was incredible. Don’t usually leave reviews but was so impressed I felt I had to! Highly recommend it’s a must visit

Wow!!! A truly amazing find. The food is out of this world. A varied menu with plenty of choice but not a huge menu which means that the kitchen can focus on quality. And o boy do they know quality. The service is very friendly. Cannot recommend enough. Plenty of room in a comfortable setting, not cramped.

Always a sure sign of a good restaurant how busy it is, looked to be pretty much full. Casa nostra has a nice feel and ambience. The menu is somewhat limited in terms of options. The food on offer seems well put together and if good quality. Unfortunately the pizzas are not fully authentic Neapolitan but still with nice ingredients and tasty. The creme brulee is really good and definitely worth trying.

Fantastic service once again. I’ve lost count of how many times we have visited and we have never been disappointed. Even on a busy service, the staff cannot do enough for you. Even the youngest members of the team are personable and give the impression of many years catering experience. The mushroom risotto from the specials menu was one of the best things we have tasted. Beautiful food, brilliant service and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for another lovely evening. A special mention to the young, red-haired waiter who could not do enough for us - thank you very much!

What a fabulous find in Whitby. Our last day of a lovely holiday and we were looking for something different from the usual fish and chips. I would highly recommend booking a table as the restaurant was heaving. One of our party is gluten free and the choices were amazing, not usually found in an Italian restaurant. Our starters were excellent, recommend the mushrooms, very tasty and full of flavour. On to our mains and the portions were very generous. Pizza and pasta were top notch, I had the lamb which was delicious. The service was amazing, Shelly was particularly good, very attentive and full of Yorkshire charm. If you live in the town or only visiting, you must try this place.

Food here is great and a real breath of fresh air in its location. It has air conditioning as well, so great on those hit evenings. Gets busy, so recommend you book, unless you eat very early. Really good quality food !
