Popped in for the first time mid week despite visiting many pubs in the area over past 12 months we hadn't given this venue a thought. What a mistake, this traditional pub is a hidden gem situated just off the main Worcester to Bromyard road it's well worth a visit. We were provided with a warm welcome by the owner Richard who spent time talking to us which in itself is a rarity these days. The pub itself is as welcoming as the owner with a roaring open log fire and a fine array of local ales and ciders. We decided to eat and the extensive menu left us wanting more than one choice however we played it steady on our first visit and selected ham eggs and chips twice which was both delicious and filling all topped off with excellent service. The place soon filled up as the night went on and we spoke with the mandatory "local" sat at the corner of the bar who was able to provide us with information about the location far better than any Trip advisor post could. Will we return? Of course we will we need to try everything on that menu.

Lovely country pub. Friendly gaffer and staff - including a really top chef - a cracking pint of Worthingtons bitter and lovely beer-garden, all set in beautiful countryside. Doesn't get better than this anywhere.

Friendly bar and waiting staff. A proper country pub with a great atmosphere and cosy feel, not to mention the beautiful, high quality food. The chef even came out to ask if we were enjoying our meals, which we felt was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning. I think we've found our new favourite local pub

This is a traditional English country pub, so in saying that you would expect a good selection of beer and ale, which it has , as well as all your other pub beverages at good prices .Its cosy but not cramped. Its great they allow well behaved dogs in the bar and garden. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel like your a local by the warm friendly bar staff lead by a smiling management team ,even the pub cat makes you fell welcome The pub has a fun relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay . As for the food well were do you start. There are not enough words to say just how FANTASTIC & AMAZING it is ,there really is something for every one .I have eaten here several times ,from quick pop in lunch which first got me wanting to come back and try the restaurant and have a 3 coarse meal ,which when i did was out of this world and as good as and if not better than many 5 star over priced restaurants in London .The food was fresh local; and each coarse well balanced.Every mouthful a delight making you want more ,every coarse had its own special moment making your meal a rememberable experience , every one of my guest who had a different meal and dietary needs were catered for there was not one disappointed person that night when we left we left full and happy and wanting to come back again to try something else on the menu ,Which we did for a traditional sunday roast which again was the best ever .Being a vegetarian its hard to find imaginative meals out in the country side but here its easy to find something on the menu you want to eat and not just put up with becuase lack of choice , What was nice and added that extra touch was Mark the chef came out to ask if every thing was ok and even said if i wanted something else he would see what he could sort out for me this chef really knows his trade/art and has a respect for the fresh local produce he works with making each ingredient a star player in the dishes he cooks individually for you taking a pride in his work he really is maestro when it comes to cooking , On one last note Nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff in this wounderful pub and restaurant ,you leave wishing more places could be as professional as every one at the LIVE AND LET LIVE

Had a delicious lunch today. Ledbury Gold was served just right. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Even got to leave the car in their car park for a stroll through the bluebells. Full marks, really enjoyed it.

Moved into the village just over a year ago, and have been regular patrons at the Live & Let Live since. Richard and Mandy are wonderful landlords, and my partner Lorraine and I have the pleasure of running the monthly quiz which runs from Sept to April. Hope to see you there.

"Probably the best pub Sunday lunch I have ever had", said my youngest son. Food is excellent. The beer is well kept and there is an extensive selection of wine and whiskey. The desserts are delicious. All very good value. Customer service is first rate.

Great tradition local pub with roaring log fires. Warm welcome from landlord. Good cider and beer on tap. Lovely home cooked food, including game and other seasonal dishes. Kitchen had closed following lunch service today but new chef obligingly cooked for a group of late arrivals. Wonderful hospitality.

One of the most dog-friendly places we’ve ever been to. Our dog played happily with 4 other dogs while we had a most delicious Sunday lunch. The red cabbage is to die for and I wish I’d asked them for the recipe! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back!
