The food was outstanding and the service to match. My wife and I are from an area full of Indian culture and we have had our fair share of Indian food, but this was fantastic and some of the best we have had. It’s authentic and not cooked just to please the English, which is always a positive and you get to really experience the taste of Kerala. The staff are really lovely and it’s clear they have a passion for what they do. Would love to go back should we find ourselves in Weymouth again.

Excellent food. Perfectly cooked quality dishes, really tasty. Unpretentious venue, a small menu executed properly. We had the white pepper roasted chicken masala, the beef masala and both were lovely but the starters from the specials board, the chicken fry and prawn fry were sublime. We had to wait half an hour for a table as we didn't book so I suggest booking to avoid disappointment although the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Delicious dosa, biryani and the best paratha I've ever tasted. All with home made chutneys and relishes. You may have to wait a little as it's cooked to order but it's really worth is.

First time here on the recommendation of a very good friend. Pro - Best Dish - Beef Masala and the Paratha Bread. One of the best beef dish that I have had in my entire life. Con - Slow service Maybe it was because it was a very busy day but they took their sweet time to take order, serve drinks and food was also delayed.

This is a little gem of a place. Fantastic food, friendly and good service. And very reasonably priced. Apart from my Mum's, this was one of the nicest curries I have had.

I recently dined at the Indian restaurant (Kerala cuisine) in Weymouth, Dorchester, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The food was not only delicious but also exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the taste of the dishes was exceptional. Each bite was a burst of authentic Indian flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. It's evident that the chef, Louis, has a deep understanding of Kerala cuisine and a true passion for his craft. What impressed me even more was the generous portion sizes. The servings were substantial, ensuring that no one at the table left hungry. It's rare to find such generous portions at a restaurant, and it made the dining experience even more enjoyable and appreciable. Now, let's talk about value for money. Dining at this restaurant is an excellent value. Considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes, the prices are incredibly reasonable. You get not only a memorable culinary experience but also great value for your hard-earned money. I would say the price is 25% to 30% cheaper with extraordinary quality compared to even hyped Indian restaurants in London and suburbs. Lastly, I want to commend Chef Louis for his ethical cooking practices. It's refreshing to know that the restaurant prioritizes ethical sourcing fresh and sustainable cooking methods. This commitment to ethics and freshness adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the dining experience. This Indian restaurant in Weymouth, is a hidden gem that deserves high praise. The excellent taste, generous portions, value for money, and Chef Louis's dedication to ethical cooking make it a must-visit for anyone looking to savor authentic Indian cuisine. I can't wait to return for another delightful feast. Thanking myself for not trying fish and chips from a beach town. Well done The White Pepper and Chef Louis. You deserve a 3xMichelin Star!!!

OMG what incredible authentic food. Well done to the kitchen team for delivering such exceptional flavours. And by the way, don’t complain about any wait because it is definitely worth it and great food cooked from scratch takes time

The most authentic Indian food in Weymouth. Wonderfully cooked with clearly fresh ingredients. Spread the word- if you want Indian food at its best go to The White Pepper.

I am extremely fussy when it comes to food but I can say without a doubt that this was the best Indian food I've tasted in a long time. Took a while getting to the table but "good things come to those who wait". Would make the trip from Birmingham just to eat here.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while now, and after trying them for the first time tonight, I really wish I'd tried them sooner. I ordered the Kerala Beef Masala; succulent, tender pieces of beef infused with aromatic spices. You get a comforting coconut and garam masala infused flavour that keeps delivering with every mouthful. Hoping for a bigger menu, as seven dishes seems a bit limited considering how good my dish was, but maybe I'm being greedy here, less is more possibly. Overall, it was incredible.

Being Indian, I hate going to Indian restaurants producing anglicised "authentic" Indian food. Luckily, White Pepper isn't one of them. It's just epic! Ordered from there last time and finally managed to get a table last night. Well worth the wait, with great portion sizes and very reasonably priced too. Great presentation, yet simple. If you order the Masala Dosa as a main meal (it's on as a special, and if you've never tried I'd highly recommend you do!), you get two! One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to anywhere in the UK, run by a family! Would happy recommend.

The best Indian food that I have had in UK in the last couple of years! My husband & I stopped for an early lunch yesterday. Tantalising flavours! I had Masala Dosa, absolutely delicious! We also ordered 2 malabar Biriyanis to take back home with us & they are nothing like the Biriyanis you get in most indian restaurants in UK,the flavour profile is just in another league! Absolutely delicious! Try this restaurant & you won’t regret! My mouth is watering as I write. Sadly we don’t live in 2.5h drive from Weymouth otherwise we would be here every week. Highly recommend!
