Tropical Turtle Caribbean Restaurant - Weymouth - Photo album

Popped in to try some Caribbean grub. Great vibe! Staff so friendly, food looked and smelled amazing. Had the goat curry and the honey rum wings, absolutist beautiful. Highly recommend 👌💖
Owner is clearly very passionate about his restaurant and for good reason! Helped us pick what to order. We had the platter which we could not fault. The curry goat was AMAZING. There was nothing we did not like. We are visitors to Weymouth. Sad we don't have a restaurant like this in Birmingham. Co
Wow wow wow the food was amazing goat curry great. plenty of food was served. Staff were great a good evening had by all
Lovely little west Indian restaurant in the heart of Weymouth...yes you heard me right. Like being in the Caribbean but in Somerset with realistic reggae music would definitely recommend if you like your soul food
Fantastic authentic Caribbean food. Need I say more! We had the tapas and it was all good but the goat is simply amazing! Worth a visit if you're in town.
Amazing food, top marks to the chef and crew, just like being transported back to the islands 🏝
My partner and I have been wanting to visit since you opened, but decided to save our first visit for a special occasion which was our anniversary this weekend. We had a fantastic time, the food and rum punch were delicious! Sitting upstairs with the smoke and aromas from the grill added to the supe
We had an amazing time here! Gorgeous food, brilliant atmosphere, lovely owner and great staff. The cocktails were delicious with a decent range of choices on the menu. The Goat curry was immense! Highly recommended and we will definitely be visiting again when we are back in Weymouth. Thank you!
100% recommended to try, a vibrant restaurant, lovely theme and decor, great people at the restaurant, great facilities and more importantly how excellent the food was. We ordered the Carribbean tapas for 2 and each item on that plate was well above excellence including the colourful fruity salad. 1
Popped in on a weekend away to Weymouth and were amazed by the hospitality and quality of the food and staff. We were seated promptly even though we hadn't booked and both food and drinks came really quickly. Had the Jamaican tapas which was a generous portion size and great taste across all dishes.
Food and cocktails were really good. The tapas is a great idea so that you can try a bit of everything. Fair play to the staff, running up and down the stairs all night to serve you… they must get exhausted! The only reason for the lack of a star is due to the ventilation. We were sat upstairs and
The food here is very good. Since leaving London nearly 20 years ago, I hadn't had opportunity to sample Carribbean food. I was so pleased to see this advertised on Just Eat so, with long ago memories of curry goat and rice and peas in a Camden Restaurant, I decided to order. I was not disappointed
Food excellent. Would liked to have gone back for second visit during my stay in Weymouth to try more on the menu, but it was booked out. Dumplings awesome, spices on chicken, and wings, and veggie option had great flavour, nice kick, but not overly hot.
Apparently this was their first time open for a while. We had an excellent meal here tonight. The curry goat was amazing and the jerk pork belly was almost too much to eat. Fantastic spices and great cocktails. Although not local, we look forward to visiting again.
We was passing by with our dog,the owner came out and said the dog was welcome. Based on this we booked a table for the Saturday night. The food and service was great, the curried goat was excellent and the rest of the family enjoyed their meals. A lovely evening out and would recommend to anyone. I
Visited this little gem of a place at the weekend on a camping trip. Newly opened, we stumbled across it by accident. We ordered the tapas to share. Oh my goodness it was amazing!! We will definitely visit again when we're down for the summer. The owner was lovely, singing and dancing. The waiters w
Turned up without a reservation, but waitress made room for us. Really friendly, attentive staff and chef, full of banter. Food (had the platter between two) absolutely brilliant. Would never expect a legit Jamaican place in Weymouth, could easily be back in North London.
Great place. Great food. Reasonably priced. Chicken and goat was halal (important to my wife). Service was slightly hectic, but we are patient people and can overlook that. I guess they haven't had much practice for the past year due to covid. But screaming 2 year olds should never really be taken t
