Went in today with my friend. I love the new decor. We had steak and kidney pie, 3 veg, and roast potatoes. The plate was full and you couldn't get any more meat in the pie. It was delicious. And reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly. I definitely recommend going there.

Visited here yesterday, 25th June 2018, had one of the best soya lattes I've had in a long time. Also had a piece of carrot and walnut cake.......dairy free, gluten free, it was delicious. As one who is intolerant to these I find it difficult to find places that accommodate this problem, they had such a selection to choose from I will definitely be back to try the others! The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful.....its just a pity that I'm only here on holiday or I would be in every day!!!

Love this place. Proper home cooked food in a lovely homely atmosphere. The steak and kidney pie is to die for. As is the macaroni cheese. All the home made cakes are fabulous. Especially the dounuts.

Popped in for a breakfast and a coffee/cake on another occasion. Lovely, old/original/family run cafe in the centre of Weymouth. Not expensive. Very nice coffee and cake. Bacon sarny was great (sausage sandwich not so much). But - I would go there regularly if I was a local. Well worth dropping in.

Absolutely lovely place to eat. Owners and staff are lovely. Our only things is sometimes getting served is a little long because the lady does drinks and takes the order but once served the wait for food isn't long at all. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place. We popped in for breakfast with our daughter. All the staff were super friendly & the food was really good. The cafe has a wonderful atmosphere. The cakes which are on the counter look absolutely delicious & are all homemade. We will definitely be returning when we come back to weymouth. Thank you for making us feel welcome. We visited this lovely family owned coffee shop today and absolutely loved it! So inviting, clean and friendliest service. Everything is made fresh, homemade ❤️We shared their apple rhubarb crumble with hot custard. Oh my heavens, absolutely DELICIOUS 💯‼️❤️. The Victoria Sponge, also lovely. We highly recommend you drop in and try one of their fabulous meals, snacks or whatever from their varied menu. There’s something there for you! You won’t regret dropping in😃

I called in here totally at random. They served me on of the best full English breakfasts I have had for ages.

Lovely little cafe. Food really nice as were the staff. My only criticism is it takes ages to order as the person behind the counter had to do the drinks, so the waiting time to get served was long. We did wait for 20 mins for the food but it does seem to be cooked fresh. Best to visit in off peak times, but I do recommend it.

Lovely traditional cafe, actually opens early enough for breakfast (most cafes seem to open at 9 or even 10 in mid-September). Starts getting really busy around 9, so best to go slightly earlier. Service is wonderful, the staff made us feel so welcome we went back the following day. Food was good and substantial, nothing fancy, but good stuff and good prices. Jacket potatoes for breakfast fueled us for a long hike in the sun, and the egg custard tart was wonderful: light and not too sweet!

My friend and I popped in here for lunch as we realised as locals we had never visited before, but we will definitely be returning. I ordered their homemade pie, which was very tasty. I had the chicken, ham and vegetable pie, the pie crust we thin, but as a pie, the filling was filled to the max. Everyone was very friendly, the service was good and the food arrived in good time on hot plates. Would highly recommend. There wasn't an empty table during our visit, when one table left, it was very quickly taken again.

I highly recommend this hidden gem. Proper home made food, great menu and good value for money. Fabulous breakfast and my favourite is the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. I’m a local and been going here for years so you know it’s good if the locals eat here!
