Lovely family run pub by the Quay. Great atmosphere inside, love the gallery sitting upstairs, nice view over looking the water if you sit by the window. New York Deli Style was delicious and generous portion. Tried the cold river cider as well which was very refreshing. Saw other people having a r
Stopped for an unprompted lunch as we walked around Weymouth. Food was superb and got to recommend the fish cakes, tacos and Chef Burger. Great views of the harbour from the outside seating. Highly recommend if your in the area
We were in Weymouth on a cruise stop. We wanted to try a local pub for a pint and fish n chips. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was excellent. We tried the fish n chips and they had mussels on special that were some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to visit again.
There wasn't a lot of choice for real ales on my visit, and I didn't eat except for a packet of nuts. However, the pilsner was exceptionally good đź‘Ť Good music on the sound system and the bar staff are pleasant and sociable. Outside the bar was very busy with a great atmosphere and a nice view of the
This pub is in a lovely location, near to the estuary, one of the nicest parts of Weymouth. We caught it at sunset, and the whole area looks beautiful, ideal for a post or pre dinner stroll. The George had some nice pub fayre, a cut above the usual pub grub. My Mexican burger was tasty and spicy wi
Nice room, a little on the dark side. Nice for romantic meal. Popped in for a Guinness which was ok . Staff were friendly. Nice visit.

Brilliant meal last night. Good portion sizes for adults and kids. Nice to see specials on the menu
Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, good bar selection, not overpriced and exceptional food. We'd definitely call again if passing.

We looked all over Weymouth for the best place for drinks aling with fish & chips... We found it at The George and got a lovely setting on the canal added. They have indoor and outdoor tables, weather permitting. The piece of fish waa perfectly cooked and larger than the plate it was served on. Grea
Friendly service that felt genuine. Good quality food, except for slightly disappointing jacket potato. Good portion sizes. Great view of Harbour. As a solo customer, I felt really comfortable.
Absolutely wonderful afternoon treat with my mini pirate. Tiger served us & she couldn’t have done more to make our experience really lovely. My little 4 year old felt very special & really loved how attentive Tiger was. The other staff all seemed friendly too. The team had a very busy Sunday al
This place is fantastic, lovely food, staff were welcoming, friendly & efficient. Lovely venue overlooking the old harbour. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day in Weymouth, so we were able to sit outside & just soak up the atmosphere, while eating from a good sized menu & drinking chilled be
Beautiful pub on the harbour front with a decent amount of seating outside. Only stopped for a drink and a rest stop, but it was good enough for us to come back the next time we were in the area. Decent selection of drinks available, and service was quick too. The price was about normal for a pub

I had the crispy crab cakes and they were so delicious with the lime mayo. The steak sandwich, was good too but heavy on the caramelizes onion personally. And fries of course great. The service was fast and friendly, I thought the decor is a bit out dated but it feels like such a nice summer vibe, i
