it's always a lovely welcome,plus one of your staff put your app on my phone for me, Annabelle was so helpful,so now we get a free coffee every week,yahoo all the staff are really pleasant and so helpful,not to mention the superb coffee of course,thank you Costa 👍😎😎👍

Whilst its not a total change of interior layout what's been done is stunning. Firstly there's a new counter - it's lower and and and far more customer friendly - and espresso machines. Then the seating are
The Costa experience remains largely consistent across the country. Less patchy than Starbucks. The Wetherby branch does not let down the brand and the staff are friendly as well as efficient.
I don't know if it was because it was very busy but the service was very slow, plus the hot chocolate was very large that I couldn't finish it.

Regular place to have a coffee and snack while waiting for the wife to finish shopping. Always busy but usually get a seat. Never seen the same staff on duty on each visit but they're always helpful and polite. Nice atmosphere.
